Ending Workers' Compensation Premium Fraud

In today’s episode we will talk about the recent fraud report submitted to the California Department of Insurance by Cal-SARA.  On July 14th we submitted a report to the California Department of Insurance presenting evidence of a payroll splitting scheme based on fraudulent workers’ comp insurance coverage.  Part of the scheme was the issuance of approximately 300 certificates of insurance to as many as 70 light industrial staffing agencies based on a clerical policy only.
