ALL OF THAT YAPPING!!! Sometimes we shut it down. Sometimes we go with it. But here is what to do with excessive talking and energy in your classroom if you decide to go with it.

Hey! Don't be that mean-spirited #teachertribe that hurts children because you haven't dealt with your ugly heart. Don't ignore, stonewall, gaslight them, leave them with their hand up too long, never acknowledge them, hate them, or talk about them. If this is you, you should go apply at the local library so that you can deal with objects and not one of the most fragile sectors of the human race...CHILDREN! Get YOUR mean heart right. Yup. We said it. Get your ugly heart right. Teaching is an OATH!

Aside from qualified academics and strong student growth in the at-risk population of kiddos, we are a learning campus for UNLV's School of Social Work and will have our Social emotional, clinical, and therapeutic services rendered by UNLV Interns for your kiddos! We will have therapeutic services right on campus and parents who are struggling with their children will have emotional support for anything that they are suffering from. Too tired to keep therapy appointments after work? We can handle it right on campus. Look at our world! The kids feel it too! We will hold family, individual, and group therapy right on campus if needed through our therapy offices there on campus. We believe in balancing the left and right brain; logic and emotion, in effort to create a stabilizing life force for the students. Through strong emotions and quality academics we plan to contribute to a body of emotionally balanced and literate citizens.

Try restorative justice vs punitive systems. This means when a kiddo acts out, try therapy vs suspension.

Don't stand for being pushed into a corner where you work, and none-the-less by a kiddo! 🚫 The kiddos have risen up and they need to be stopped!! if this is where they think they are going to drive the train! Check off of it TODAY! There are more recent student teacher/admin homicides than ever before! Cut it off quick, and cut it off early.

Parents switch it up. Have a family book talk instead of incessant electronic consumption!  Reduce electronic hours and curb your kiddos' diet of violence. Find out who your kids are when you aren't there! Train them up in the ways they should go! Teachers CANNOT do your part for you!

Parents stand up and be counted. And remember that SCIENCE MATTERS. FACTS MATTER and they do not change based on if you believe in them or not. This is your bag to reduce exposure to harmful seed planting in the psyche of your kiddos because YOU are the primary influencer of your child; be it good or bad, positive or negative. SO choose to bring some Kingdom principles into your kiddos lives and train them in the way that they should go. Get involved more deeply and stop using electronics as babysitters. Break up those television and video game hours and pepper it with crafts, conversation, and quality time. Hour after hour after hour of violent input affects your child's personality and aggressive nature. And for HEAVENS SAKE boycott the SQUID GAMES. I have NEVER seen so may headshot kill shots and I couldn't even continue the episode. I went in to see why our kiddos are BINGE WATCHING this violence. It's a training camp for mental instability!

How can we HIT THE TARGET. Teachers undergird the quality of the thought systems that little human beings will draw from as they prepare to govern the future, and thereby; we nurture the cradle of humanity.  It's too late for trying, our kids need miracles TODAY!! Right NOW is even better! We know that we are surrounded by the premise that hiring subs in place of teachers saves on the budget. No summer pay. No benefit pay. But who suffers! KIDDOS!!! We love our subs but TEACHERS are FULLY TRAINED IN PEDAGOGICAL SKILL AND IT MATTERS!!!
