The Bible 101: Walkin' Not Swimmin'
Protection, guidance, faithfulness - all followed by doubting God? It's a reeeeally good thing it's a covenant and not based on our goodness... I hope you brought your walkin' shoes - the kind with laces and rubber soles - because like the Israelites, we're going on a journey. Why? Well, Pharaoh's army is gaining on them. Let's get goin'... 10 Things I Learned in Winter '22
10 Things I Learned in Winter '22
It's time for that season rewind, and ohmygooooodness, this has been one of my favorite posts to write because this winter has meant a lot to me. It was a season marked with simplicity yet burst with giddy sparkles and vibrant technicolor and the beautiful, grounding thought, "I want to remember this," echoing through my mind. Even enduring covid and quarantine, this season held love, comfort, joy and peace. So much peace. Oh, and flying pigs! Yep, it's all in there! Without further ado, here are ten things (not all the things but ten things) I've learned this last season. Click here for a FREE virtual massage (you're welcome) and here to watch me try new fitness classes (bungee burpees included). Maybe you'll be inspired to try a new class in your community! The Bible 101: The Power of 5 Minutes
The Bible 101: The Power of 5 Minutes
Ever feel like there's so much to do and so little time? Yet, January is when we try to make time for things we previously neglected - like exercise and meal-prepping or healthy eating and organizing and budgeting and replacing bad habits. While all these are good things and can have a positive impact on our lives and the lives of others, I want to challenge us to start one habit that will grow us from the inside out.
