2. Rest

2. Rest

Rest

The subject I struggled with the most as a young artist was rest. Everyone said, "You need to rest!", "Take a sabbath!" and meanwhile I was frustrated because I could barely pay my bills. I had to work a lot to stay afloat.

So, in this episode I talk about what rest is, why performing artists struggle with rest, why rest is important, and some things that can help you in your journey to find rest.
