Do you know the difference between a confident leader vs an arrogant leader?
Leaders are not made the same and the generation of young people between the ages of 24- 34 are in need of mentors and leaders to help them make better decisions. There is a big disconnect in understanding leadership styles and there are more people walking away from jobs/careers because of the leaders/managers they have to work with who have no confidence but plenty of arrogance. People don't quit companies they quit leaders in the company.
