We are back after a few weeks off. With wildfire and hurricane season upon us, with riots gripping our streets, in this episode we are highlighting the power of community. In a time when we need to come together more than ever, by focusing locally, together we truly Canna Make A Difference! Our spotlight of the week is Smilyn Wellness CBD, making a difference for Wildfire Relief and CaboElla Group for helping Healthecare workers.

This episode, 8/5/2020, we have a special guest, Anna Valent, the Executive Director of Athletes for Care. We learn about the 501c3 nonprofit and what they do. We also discuss their relationship with cannabis and the cannabis industry. We discuss the benefits and challenges of working with cannabis companies and also the impact COVID is having on nonprofits as well as some resources Athletes for Care has used to grow its organization during COVID.

We highlight a unique corporate partnership with a 14 year old cannapreneur and activist which will help bring product to families in need.
