Defining Depression and Symptoms
The goal of this short episode is to define what depression is and what the symptoms are.  I am pulling all the information I am reading directly from the Mayo Clinic's website.  I am hoping that by sharing this info that the person with depression, a care giver, or someone who is just curious to learn,  may gain a baseline understanding of what clinical depression and the symptoms are and how it affects various populations differently.  For more information about depression please visit: Mayo Clinic - Mayo Clinic
