Carolyn Smith-Barrett has had a long career in the pharmaceutical industry. She has worked in both clinical and regulatory operations. Currently, Carolyn is the Vice President for Labeling and Submissions Management at Janssen R&D. Here, Carolyn Smith-Barrett leads a team of over 220 professionals in delivering regulatory submissions to health authorities around the world.

Carolyn Smith-Barrett has worked for Johnson & Johnson for almost 30 years and is currently serving as Vice President, Labeling & Submissions Management within the Regulatory Affairs organization at Janssen R&D, a part of Johnson & Johnson. She also serves as a coach and mentor, and enjoys helping others make sound decisions along their chosen career path.
