Do you need a listing? The Listing Challenge
As we know, all over the U.S. We are experiencing a shortage of listing inventory.  It's now time to make a shift to find these listings.  It's your job as an agent to find the listing, the house and help the consumer come together to buy a home.  This month the goal is to gain at least 1 listing. If you put my tips into place you will gain a listing. Now, everything I teach, works, but you do have to actually put in the work.  If you want listing needs, you will: spend money have to pick up the phone you might have to walk a neighborhood get out of your comfort zone.  (basically get over      yourself) Closed mouths don't get fed post relevant and actionable content on social media send direct mail with actionable content.
