Some Things To Keep In Mind About These Statistics
In this episode, I share some reminders about the statistics I share in these episodes. They only provide a snap shot of what the market is doing in a particular area. The rate of change, of all single-family, multi-family or condominium sales, may be different than those of a particular segment of the market. So, the rate of appreciation, or depreciation, may not be exactly reflective of a particular market segment or home. However, this information can give you a good idea of what is going on in an area overall.
