Being online, it is up to you to assess whether the class or poses you are choosing to practice are appropriate for you. If you are pregnant or are experiencing any injuries or disease it can be helpful to consult your medical professional prior to practice. Within your yoga practice there may be poses and variations offered that your body is not ready for or are not suitable for you. It is your responsibility to keep yourself safe in your practice and only practice within your own personal limitations.
