You are allowed to move in Yin Yoga.
After a conversation with another yoga teacher friend earlier this week, I decided to let you all know that you have permission to move anytime you need to when you're in your yin yoga practice. I mean, this should be obvious, but sometimes it's not. So, have a listen. If you do need to move in your practice, just move slowly and let yourself rest.
