This was part of Saturday afternoon’s livestream hosted by Ava Cho, who founded the local Busking for Change to connect musicians and to raise money for broader causes. If you’d like to donate: BFC has raised money for various organizations such as Lachat Town Farm, Christine’s Critters, and The ALS Foundation by playing music in front of shops, restaurants, and other public facilities (visit: http://www.buskingforchange.org for more information). Given the current situation our community is in, musicians will be performing on YouTube in lieu of performing in public. Busking for Change has decided that all proceeds will go to St. Jude. St. Jude Research Hospital helps advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric diseases through research and treatment (visit https://www.stjude.org for more information). We will be collecting donations through venmo and paypal. If you would like to donate, venmo Ava Cho @BuskingForChange or paypal @firstname.lastname@example.org.
Enjoy Brooklyn Boehme, Lauren Lakra, and Kennedy Boehme’s recordings! This first one is their arrangement of “Raging Fire” by Phillip Phillips. Followed by the arrangement of “When the Party’s Over” by Billie Eilish. And finally “Time” is their original song.
It may be the first day of Autumn 2020, but it’s officially Pumpkin Spiced Latte and everything else time. I started a couple of weeks ago, but hey, now it’s official. Check out what I got at Trader Joe’s!

Coach Kate explains the science, the ideals, and how you can fit into the OTF community. PS Coach Kate talks about Hell Week!

Can’t fall asleep? Listen to rain for a couple of minutes. Still can’t fall asleep? Continue to nature’s voices at night in the suburbs. It only takes me 5 minutes to fall asleep. I’ll keep adding to this episode.
