The YMCA of the USA will then leverage the robust experience of the four Ys and their Workforce Partnership Teams (ie collaborative partners) to increase access to and engagement in workforce readiness efforts. Y-USA will then develop a continuum of evidence-informed, workforce readiness strategies and leading practices to scale through Activation Cohorts. The long-term outcome will be an increase in the number of Ys offering workforce readiness services and an increase in the number of young people served.
