Heather has over 15 years of experience in product management marketing at Intel and holds a Master's degree in marketing from the Kellogg School of Management. She has been PMP for over 12 years. Has won recognition awards. For a role as a software product launches and program management of several firms.
Most recently Heather joined a global diversity and inclusion team at Intel Corp. As a unit University partnerships manager. She drives partnerships with some of Intel's education partners. Such as Georgia Tech and six historically black colleges and universities. HBCUs. She manages a college student mentoring program. Prior to Intel Heather held management roles at Ticketmaster and Omediz. A patient portal startup and managed the product launch software product management processes for million dollar clients.
Heather is also a certified Intergral coach and certified VitalSmart Crucial Conversations Client Trainer and enjoys volunteering for children and women's organizations.
Bobby is the Founder and CEO of Parlay Ideas. He was born and raised in
Stouffville Ontario and is the middle of three boys. He comes from three
generations of Irish, Scottish and Italian immigrants and entrepreneurs,
most of whom came to Canada around the turn of the century.
After finishing high school in Aurora Ontario, Bobby studied International
Management at McGill University. While at school he spent time learning
Mandarin and studying in China. Afterward, he started a clothing line, worked in various roles at CI Financial, and finally as a Solutions Engineer for an Enterprise Software company called Resolver. His current venture (and the reason he is here with us today) - Parlay - was born out of a frustration with the lack of engaging dialogue in the classroom, and a simple but powerful realization that the only way to build a better world is through meaningful conversation.

Skylar Bjorn is an 18-year-old tech event blogger. Her interest in tech and
business begun when she was 14 years old. She started off with founding
an organic dog treat line called “Bjornies”. By the time she was 15, she
founded a club, had sat on a board for the past year, and got her first paid internship doing operations at a startup called Choctal. Her sales journey also began at 15 years old when Choctal had her sell at events, which led her to be recruited 8 times while in high School. By the time Skylar was 16 she had begun another job in sales and coded her first iPhone app called Closet Track. While a senior in high school, she programmed her second iPhone called Serene VR which is a meditation virtual reality app. Currently, Skylar is a freshmen at Loyola Marymount University, class of 2021, which is located in Los Angeles.

Peter Pease is a UK entrepreneur who has created multiple businesses since graduating in psychology in 1987. He took one business from startup to IPO and sold his last one in 2011… It’s still going strong… they were all in the people bit of B2B services, things like L&D, HR, Recruitment, Vocational Education. He’s been responsible for the development of more than forty thousand learners and his businesses have worked with more than a hundred thousand job seekers.
He now works as a part time professor at Newcastle Business School – in the North East of England – his first experience of working for someone else since school.
He is currently undertaking research as part of a PhD looking at the

Overcoming adversity is nothing new to Steven Matly. A high school dropout turned entrepreneur. He has twice created six-figure revenue generating companies with less than $5,000 startup capital. Raised by a single mother in the South Seattle housing projects. Steven entered the workforce at age fifteen and quickly recognized the limited resources, mentors, and role models available to families like his in the area.
In the years that followed Steven worked for both small companies and large corporations in a number of different roles. In 2014, Steven launched SM Diversity, a boutique hiring agency committed to helping businesses create a more diverse and inclusive workforce. Leo Novsky is a professional speaker, executive presentation coach at SPEAK with Power Consulting. Coming to the United States as a political refugee at the age of 12 from the Soviet Union, Leo experienced first-hand the challenge of not being understood. Bruce Bjorklund is a senior software architect, entrepreneur, and US Army veteran. Having moved to the Pacific Northwest after a sudden military career sickness, and like a stroke of luck Bruce got his foot in the door of the video game industry at Gas Powered Games as an entry level production assistant. Upon teaching himself how to code in his spare time, Bruce was taken under the wing of then CEO Chris Taylor, where he was put in charge of his R&D projects. He then continued building games and prototypes for companies like Disney, Microsoft, and Wargaming. Where his beloved gaming studio suddenly lost all contracts. Bruce was selected to stay behind to run a kickstarter to save the company, but was ultimately bought out by Wargaming before the conclusion of the campaign.
