What we tell ourselves matters. Our words matter, we are our biggest critics.If we don't tell our selves positive affirmations , we cant expect anyone else too. We love ourselves so let's start the morning with our daily affirmations before we look at our phones and take on the world. Take a second or minute to have some you time. Trust me you'll love yourself for it. Our words change atmospheres. 

Self Love - What does self look like to you in your everyday life? 

Self Love - my definition is loving yourself.

Do you love all of yourself or half ?

What do you do for self love?

Have you ever been in a caterpillar phase that you couldn't see your way through. Then one day it just changes and your life is completely different and everything that you dreamed of is in your hands. Everyday we evolve we are greater and stronger than the day before. That is something to be proud about. I hope this poem unlocks a new shine light on another world, empowers you to break the mirror on what you currently see that you feel Its having you over thinking, stress, and worried. You got this! Break the Mirror!

Where you sit determines what you see. The view from where you're  sitting changes from the seat you choose.  Choosing your seat is important. Ask yourself Do you like your seat and the view or if you want a different seat.  If you don't like your seat, change it! Take away all the labels of the these titles and seek and find there essence of who you are. who yo truly are with out anything! What does that look like. Truly sitting with each element of you true self. Knowing thy self from the core of who you truly are. And knowing that just by it self is enough , power and beautiful strong , and resilient in every part of you. YOU ARE A GODDESS. You got this!! You are one of a kind you're unique and one of a kind.

1. Forgive Yourself , by forgiving yourself you are taking back your power and being free and claiming your freedom. Forgiveness is Freedom and taking ownership even if you never hear a apology from the  person or people who wronged you in the first place. Who wants Freedom I know I do!!
