In this episode, CeeBee is reading Chapter Two of the Lion Who Shot Back by Shel Silverstein. This was a quite charming, funny and most exuberant read. If you're one of those adults still picking books to read out to children, and find it awkward to give it the oomph and life you need, then try this – it might be a long haul for some, at fifty minutes' reading aloud time, but there are few voices needed, and the vim is right there on the page, from the different larger-than-life characters, to the dynamic changes in page-turning pace provided by the author's illustrations, and the very energetic plot. You don't have to read it in a laconic, lazy American accent, as suggested by the author's derivation, but it might not hurt.

In this episode, CeeBee finishes chapter one of the reading.  The young Lion encounters a Hunter. This chapter is very intriguing towards the story line. Meet the finest shooter in the world. No, not one of those hunters, who go to Africa and kill off all the wonderful wildlife there, but Lafcadio. He's a lion, and his real name might have been something more like Ruggrrg or Grummfgff, but one day when a hunter was about to shoot at him (with an unloaded rifle), he ate the hunter and picked the gun up to try out – then carried on shooting until he was the world's best, standing on his head or with paws tied behind his back. His new life gives him a new name, but is that really what he would have wanted as a young lion cub?

In this episode, CeeBee is talking about himself and Tommy Lee Brown, childhood and how competition was a driving force. He establishes the fact that Tommy Lee was a better player, fashion, talking, and outgoing person. His character was by far off the top. He describes how growing up in Leeds, Alabama and how they would punch racist kids in the face. lol. That is some funny shied. 

They understand at an early age that race had an important part in their lives. Tommy Lee was better than CeeBee in basketball, band and track. Tommy Lee played the trombone while CeeBee played the trumpet. CeeBee was the Director assisted and would warm-up the band before the teacher would arrive and things like that. But for JHS basketball, Tommy Lee was better. He played good minutes from Coach Honeycutt. While CeeBee played 1 minute or seconds before the quarter would change. lol. They both loved the game of basketball. They won the Jefferson County JHS basketball Championship and Charles 'Wade' Barkley would present the trophies to them.

In this episode, CeeBee is reading from the book, "The Game of Life and How to Play It" by Florence Shinn which was written in the 1920s. This book gives you insight on the power that is inside of you. Unlock the door and step up your game in life. He starts reading from Chapter four, 'The law of nonresistance'. 

“Resist not evil. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.”

Nothing on earth can resist an absolutely nonresistant person. The Chinese say that water is the most powerful element, because it is perfectly nonresistant. It can wear away a rock, and sweep all before it.

Jesus Christ said, “Resist not evil,” for He knew in reality, there is no evil, therefore nothing to resist. Evil has come of man’s “vain imagination,” or a belief in two powers, good and evil. There is an old legend, that Adam and Eve ate of “Maya the Tree of Illusion,” and saw two powers instead of one power, God.

Therefore, evil is a false law man has made for himself, through psychoma or soul sleep. Soul sleep means, that man’s soul has been hypnotized by the race belief (of sin, sickness and death, etc.) which is carnal or mortal thought, and his affairs have out-pictured his illusions.

We have read in a preceding chapter, that man’s soul is his subconscious mind, and whatever he feels deeply, good or bad, is outpictured by that faithful servant. His body and affairs show forth what he has been picturing. The sick man has pictured sickness, the poor man, poverty, the rich man, wealth.

People often say, “why does a little child attract illness, when it is too young even to know what it means?” I answer that children are sensitive and receptive to the thoughts of others about them, and often out picture the fears of their parents. I heard a metaphysician once say, “If you do not run your subconscious mind yourself, someone else will run it for you.”

Mothers often, unconsciously, attract illness and disaster to their children, by continually holding them in thoughts of fear, and watching for symptoms.

Two Paths Out of the Confusion of the World

The world is a confusing place. Various ideologies and commodities, religions, and fads compete for your attention. They want your soul, they want your flesh, and worse still they want your money. As the pace of human material progress quickens, each little demon and angel shouts for you to join its parade. This has been true for hundreds of years, maybe even thousands of years. These days the shouts are louder, and the myth that you can go down all the paths at the same time is stronger than ever. The good thing about this mishmash is that many paradigms old and new—well traveled or seldom traversed, ancient or modern, intellectual or simple—are available to the seeker.

Many of the paths in the West have their roots in the work of Aleister Crowley. From Scientology to Wicca, from the Rosicrucian Order to the Temple of Set, the First Beast’s seeds have grown into a huge forest of magickal, philosophical, and religious trees. Crowley used the term “magick” to distinguish the Work of a magician from a stage conjuror. The spelling adds the eleventh letter of the English alphabet, which signifys (in Crowely’s numerology) “Will”—the force used and refined by the practice of magick. This book is offered as an aid to some who wish to further their link to Crowley’s 666 Work; to others it is a challenge to clarify their thinking; to others still, an explanation of their current spiritual and magickal paths. It is not written to offend anyone. It is not written as an ultimate Word or guide. If it makes you think, I am happy; if it makes you do, I am happier still. My viewpoint differs from much of mainstream occultism. I reject the purely pragmatic view of chaos magickians; I distrust the righteousness of my Right-Hand-Path brethren; and I deny the anything- goes approach of postmodernism. I assert that magick is a road to self- power and mastery over the self and the cosmos. I assert that all may enter our path and that the path of seeking measurable self-chosen goals in the world is the path of self-training. A Word, as we shall see, is an

encapulization of a worldview. We might, for example, say that Liberty was the Word of Thomas Jefferson. As one aligns one’s self with a Word, the Word both informs the soul and strengthens the deeds of the person who is learning/practicing/furthering it or—as magickians say—“Working” with it. Thelema, a New Testament Greek word, is usually translated as “Will”—but in its original context meant a strongly held desire. If I say, “I will go to work tomorrow,” a different word would be used because no matter what, I am going to be there. If I say, “It is my will that you dine with me,” then I would use the word Thelema. For the magickian, Thelema begins with self- knowledge (I know I want to eat with you) but grows into a Law of the Cosmos (because I desire it, it will happen, even if you think it won’t). The word Thelema is my notable in the Lord’s Prayer—“thy Will be done on Earth as in Heaven.” Crowley’s system changes this into “My Will be done!” This becomes the essence of the Left-Hand Path, although he lacked the modern usage of that terminology. For a great understanding of the Left- Hand Path historically, the interested reader should consult Stephen Flowers’ Lords of the Left-Hand Path.

In this episode, CeeBee continues to read in the chapter of number two Earth.

First it is necessary to use Heaven knowledge to open up round understanding; then use this Earth practice to develop and complete this understanding. If you practice concentration exercises without first having understanding, you will surely become an obscurantist.

Just follow knowledge and then apply it; then you will find the "director" and get the advantage of direction.
This is like the eyes and the feet working together to convey you easily into a cool pond, or like skill and strength working together to hit the target at a hundred paces.

If you go southwest, you will only get yin companions; this is like trying to complement water with water—it does not work. If you go northeast, you lose those yin companions and get in tune with knowledge; only then arc you stable in correctness of balance of concentration and insight, and have a good outlook.

THE OVERALL JUDGMENT: Consummate is the creative basis of earth; all beings live on its sustenance, as it goes along in accord with the communications it receives from heaven.

Earth is thick and supports beings. Its quality is of boundlessness. Its embrace is far-reaching and its light is great; material things and living beings all succeed.

The mare is of the category of earth; she travels the earth boundlessly, gentle, obedient, helpful, faithful. This is how those with developmental potential go to the goal; if they go ahead, they lose the way; if they follow behind, they attain constancy.

To gain companionship in the southwest is to go with one's own kind. Having lost companionship in the northeast, eventually there is celebration. The good outlook of stability and correctness corresponds to the boundlessness of the earth.

To interpret in Buddhist terms, Earth represents the essential nature of the enlightenment potential, which contains much without accumulating anything. This is called Heaven in terms of knowledge, but is called Earth in terms of noumenon. In terms of awareness, it is called Heaven; in terms of tranquillity, it is called Earth.

It can also be called Heaven in terms of essence and Earth in terms of cul- tivation. Also, intellectual activity in the course of cultivation can be called

Heaven, while practical activity can be called Earth. In reality, neither Heaven nor Earth takes precedence over the other; they are used to represent oneness of noumenon and knowledge, nonduality of tranquillity and awareness, interpenetration of essential nature and cultivation, the mutual adornment of virtue and wisdom.

Here the reason for speaking in a linear order where there is no linear order is that noumenon is revealed by knowledge, tranquillity is revealed by awareness, culture is developed by nature, virtue is guided by wisdom. Then noumenon and knowledge merge, tranquillity and awareness unite, culture and nature combine, virtue and wisdom blend. Therefore the text says, "Consummate is the creative basis of earth; all things live on its sustenance, as it follows the communications it receives from heaven."

Action in accord with noumenon, the inner design of reality, benefits one- self and benefits others as well. One practice is all practices, so its quality accords with boundless knowledge; "its embrace is far-reaching and its light is great."

The creative is successful. It is beneficial to be correct like a mare. People with developmental potential have a goal; if they go ahead before this, they will get lost. If they follow, they get the benefit of the director. Companionship is found in the southwest; companionship is lost in the northeast. Stability and correctness bode well.

All six lines of this hexagram are yin, so it is called Earth. Earth means re- ceptivity, docility. In the sky, it is shade; on the ground, it is softness. In people, it is humaneness. In the essential nature of consciousness, it is tran-quillity. In cultivation, it is the practice of stopping the mind. In the material world, it is support. In the physical body, it is the abdomen and the organs it contains. In the home, it is the wife. In a country, it is the ministers.

If it is receptive and docile, it will act without backlash, so this creativity too is successful; but it must take advantage of the correctness of a mare, which follows the stallion tamely. This refers to people with developmen- tal potential embodying the qualities of Earth to practice the way of enlightenment.

In this episode, CeeBee is continuing his reading from the book, “the power of your subconscious mind chapter 2 highlights 6-11.” This book is written by Dr. Joseph Murphy.

6. Watch what you say. You have to account for every idle word. Never say, “I will fail; I will lose my job; I can’t pay the rent.” Your subconscious cannot take a joke. It brings all these things to pass

7. Your mind is not evil. No force of nature is evil. It depends how you use the powers of nature. Use your mind to bless, heal, and inspire all people everywhere.

8. Never say, “I can not.” Overcome that fear by substituting the following, “I can do all things through the power of my own subconscious mind.”

9. Begin to think from the standpoint of the eternal truths and principles of life and not from the standpoint of fear, ignorance, and superstition. Do not let others do your thinking for you. Choose your own thoughts and make your own decisions.

10. You are the captain of your soul (subconscious mind) and the master of your fate. Remember, you have the capacity to choose. Choose life! Choose love! Choose health! Choose happiness!

11. Whatever your conscious mind assumes and believes to be true, your subconscious mind will accept and bring to pass. Believe in good fortune, divine guidance, right action, and all the blessings of life.

In this episode, CeeBee was reading 1-5 highlights of chapter 2, “how your own mind works “.

1. Think good, and good follows. Think evil, and evil follows. You are what you think all day long. 

2. Your subconscious mind does not argue with you. It accepts what your conscious mind decrees. If you say, "I can't afford it," it may be true, but do not say it. Select a better thought, decree, "I'll buy it. I accept it in my mind."

3. You have the power to choose. Choose health and happiness. You can choose to be friendly, or you can choose to be unfriendly. Choose to be co-operative, joyous, friendly, lovable, and the whole world will respond. This is the best way to develop a wonderful personality.

4. Your conscious mind is the "watchman at the gate." Its chief function is to protect your subconscious mind from false impressions. Choose to believe that something good can happen and is happening now. Your greatest power is your capacity to choose. Choose happiness and abundance.

5. The suggestions and statements of others have no power to hurt you. Then only power is the movement of your own thought. You can choose to reject the thoughts or statements of others and affirm the good. You have the power to choose how you will react.

In this episode, CeeBee discusses thinking and how the subconscious mind works. He read from The Power of Your Mind chapter 2, "How your own mind works". You have a mind., and you should learn how to use it. There are two levels of your mind the conscious or rational  level, and the subconscious or irrational level. You think with your conscious mind, and whatever you habitually think sinks down into your subconscious mind, which creates according to the nature of your thought. Your subconscious mind is the seat of your emotions and is tne creative mind. If you think good, good will follow; if you think evil, evil will follow. This is the way your mind works.

The main point to remember is once the subconscious mind accepts an idea, it begins to execute it. It is an interesting and subtle truth that the law of the subconscious mind works for good and bad ideas alike. This law, when applied in a negative way, is the cause of failure, frustration, and unhappiness. However, when your habitual thinking is harmonious and constructive, you experience perfect health, success, and prosperity. 

Peace of mind and a healthy body are inevitable when you begin to think and feel in the right wayWhatever you claim mentally and feel as true, your subconscious mind will accept and bring forth into your experience.

In this episode, CeeBee is discussing the great Nubian King Piankhi. The Nubian king Piankhi (reigned ca. 741-ca. 712 B.C.) began the conquest of Lower Egypt which resulted in the establishment of the Twenty-fifth, or "Ethiopian, " Dynasty of pharaohs. This was one of the few times in African history when a state from the interior of the continent played a role in the politics of the Mediterranean.

Piankhi was the hereditary ruler of the kingdom of Cush on the Upper Nile in what is now the northern Sudan. About 741 B.C. he succeeded his father, Kashta, who seems to have founded this Nubian Kingdom. By this time Lower Egypt had been in full decline for almost half a millennium. The Egyptian state was torn by internal power struggles among petty rulers, so the situation was ripe for a strong invader to take over. Piankhi moved steadily down the Nile, conquering towns one by one. By 721 B.C. he was in possession of Heracleopolis, and finally he captured Heliopolis in the Delta.

At this point Piankhi regarded the conquest of Egypt as complete, and he returned home to his Cushite capital in Napata after placing the Egyptian rulers in tributary status. He was received in Napata with much acclaim for having humiliated the former Egyptian overlords of Nubia, but the tributary states which he left soon fell under the sway of a local ruler named Tefnakht, who reasserted Egyptian independence.

A great deal is known about the details of Piankhi's campaign because he built a huge stele in Amon with a lengthy inscription. This account is regarded as unusually rational and lively by modern Egyptologists.

Just like the Nubian rulers who followed him, Piankhi was culturally very conservative, and he sought to strengthen some of the institutions which were undergoing decline in Egypt. In the brief time he was in Lower Egypt, he oversaw the restoration of some crumbling temples. Upon his return to Cush he introduced the Egyptian custom of building pyramids for royal mausoleums, and he had a great pyramid built for himself in Kuru, south of Napata on the Nile. He rebuilt the temple at Jebel Barkal and also built a number of other temples in the Egyptian style.

Curiously, all the Egyptian sources dwell on Piankhi's love of fast horses. He instituted the practice of decorating teams of horses to pull royal chariots, and the remains of a team of horses were found in his tomb at Kuru.

THE distinguished Afro-American poet Countee Cullen began his I famous poem "Heritage" with the question: "What is Africa to me?" In order to understand Africa and its place in world history, we must extend the question by asking, "What is Africa to the Africans and what is Africa to the world?" There is a need to locate Africa and its people on the map of human geography.

Our own great historian W.E.B. DuBois tells us: "Always Africa is giving m something new. . . . On its Black bosom arose one of the earliest, if not the earliest, of self-protecting civilizations, and grew so mighty that it still furnishes superlatives to thinking and speaking men. Out of its darker and more remote forest fastnesses came, if we may credit many recent scientists, the first welding of iron, and we know that agriculture and trade flourished there when Europe was a wilder- ness."

Dr. DuBois tells us further that "Nearly every human empire that has arisen in the world, material and spiritual, has found some of its greatest crises on this continent of Africa. It was through Africa that Christianity became the religion of the world. In Africa the last flood of Germanic invasions spent itself within hearing of the last gasp of Byzantium, and it was again through Africa that Islam came to play its great role of conqueror and civilizer."

It is generally conceded in most scholarly circles that mankind orig- inated in Africa; this makes the African man the father and the African woman the mother of mankind. This is where we began our assessment of the role of Africa and its people in world history.

Early men in Africa became geniuses at surviving under harsh circumstances. Present-day archaeologist have dug up and preserved the evidence of their achievement. They made hooks to catch fish, spears to hunt with, stone knives to cut with, the bolo with which to catch birds and animals, he blow-gun, the hammer and the stone axe. In his pamphlet "The African Contribution," the writer John W. Weatherwax gives us this additional evidence: African use of power. Africans gave mankind the first machine; it was the fire stick. It is the making of tools that sets man apart from, and, in a sense, above, all living creatures. Africans started mankind along the tool-making path. Canoes made it possible for man to travel farther and farther away from his original home. They began to explore the many rivers in Africa like the Nile, the Congo and the Niger. It was in this way that the early peopling of Africa started and organized soci- eties began. At some time, years later, Africans driven by curiosity or some force of nature began to leave Africa in large numbers. They be- came the most widely dispersed of all people. Evidence of their pres- ence, at some time in history, has been found in nearly every part of the world. Africa was already old when what we now call Europe was born. The Ghanaian historian Joseph B. Danquah called attention to this fact in his introduction to the book United West Africa (or Africa) at the Bar of the Family of Nations by Ladipo Salanke ( 1927 ) when he said: "By the time Alexander the Great was sweeping the civilized world with conquest after conquest from Chaeronia to Gaza, from Babylon to Cabul; by the time this first of the Aryan conquerors was learning the rudiments of war and government at the feet of philosophic Aristotle; and by the time Athens was laying down the foundations of modern European civilization, the earliest and greatest Ethiopian culture had already flourished and dominated the civilized world for over four and a half centuries.

In this episode, CeeBee reads from the book, The Kemetic Tree of Life by.  . Preface: The ancient Egyptian origin and mystery of the spiritual tree. 

The concept and iconography of the tree as a spiritual symbol and or metaphor has been used from time immemorial throughout human history. Most people, in modern times, have become familiar with the concept of the "Tree of Life" through a system of spirituality called Kabbalah. However, the idea of having direct access to God through special knowledge, in Kabbalist, was already evident in the teachings of the Ancient Egyptians, the Christian Mystics (Gnostics), the Hindus and the Buddhists who all came long before the Kabbalists. In Ancient Egypt, however, the teaching of the Tree of Life took on a special meaning. In its earliest form, originated in Ancient Egypt, it was related to theurgical religious system developed in the Ancient Egyptian city of Anu and the tree was seen as the source of life, and it was the Goddess, as the divinity being worshipped, the special Bodhi tree of Buddha and the Tree of the Life in the Garden of Eden, which is also, according to some Christian traditions, known as the tree upon which Jesus was crucified. Also, the cross of Jesus is often referred to as a Tree of Life. In present day practice, the Christmas tree was originally supposed to be manifestation of the same idea. The star at the top of the Christmas tree was supposed to symbolize the attainment of Cosmic (Christ) Consciousness.

In Ancient Egyptian Spirituality there is a concept called Chet-n-ankh which means "staff of life" - "foodstuff from wood" - "vegetation", "sustenance from the tree," etc. It relates to the physical sustenance that is derived from plants and trees and the mysteries of the tree goddess who provides astral sustenance. It is also related to the Djed pillar of Asar which is symbolized by a tree trunk. The Djed pillar is also represents the spiritual and mystical essence of a human being and of God.

The Ancient Egyptian Ankh is composed of two hieroglyphic symbols. The top of the ankh hieroglyph is called Shen and it means eternity. It is composed of a rope that has been formed into a circle and knotted at the bottom. The other glyph is vertical line, which is determinative glyph that means object, as in the objects that exist in time and space. So this combination of eternity, which is derived from the Spirit, and the objects of time and space, which are finite, ephemeral and limited, produces a "life process" which we know as mortal existence on earth.

The law of life is the law of belief, and belief could be summed up briefly as a thought in your mind. As a man thinks, feels, and believes, so is the condition of his mind, body, and circumstances. A technique, a methodology based on an understanding of what you are doing and why you are doing it will help you to bring about a subconscious embodiment of all the good things of life. Essentially, answered prayer is the realization of your heart's desire.

Greetings Family, this is episode is the introduction of the Yoruba word Ashe. 

ASHE

In the sacred creation narratives of the Yoruba nation, in the spiritual tradition of Ifa, Ashe (Axe, Ase) refers to the heavenly and godly force, also called Olodumare, used to bring about the universe. In renderings of traditional Yoruba cos- mology, the first spiritual power that existed was the energy of Ashe. Ashe, using thought, deter- mined to take material form, thus becoming the Creator, Olodumare. As God, Ashe then exists at the center of all that is and all that will be in the world. Olodumare thus willed itself into being from its own divine essence (the self-existent being). Olodumare uses its Ashe, which lies at the core of its being, to create all things. Olodumare infused this original force into the whole of creation, including its own manifesta- tion of equal male and female source energy (Olodumare, male; Olorun, female).

Varying interpretations of the concept confirm that Ashe is a primary example of an organizing force that accounts for the origins and nature of humans and the universe. Ashe is believed to embody “divine power, authority, order, vital force.” Ashe has been defined as a combination of “grace and power.” Ashe is “God itself. Everything that is shared in that divine essence and is, as a result, sacred.” Ashe is a fluid concept, in that it bridges the space between the seen and unseen worlds. It exists in all things, yet it can be an active or passive force. Ashe is always present and cannot be destroyed. It is understood that a priest or priestess could summon the presence of the orisha to increase his or her Ashe. The concept is also related to the idea of “soul” in the acquisi- tion of the dynamic uses of power involving the material world. In this African spiritual category, Ashe exercises control over objects. One sees it as the indwelling vital energy.

The Yoruba concept of Ashe spread outside of the African continent through the enslavement of African people during the 18th and 19th cen- turies. European colonial restrictions on African culture and religion were unable to suppress the migration of intellectual and spiritual ideas. Ashe may have been the most important phenomenon to survive the Middle Passage. Within the legacy of the transplantation of African culture in the

Greetings Family, Welcome to Season 3 Episode 10 of CeeBee's Podcast. Today, we are talking about cancer awareness. Take time to reflect and pray for family members. CeeBee talked about losing his father to lung cancer in May of 2017. Cancer is real and is not going away. Change your diet, eat healthy and stay away from the legal drugs. He stated that tobacco and alcohol are legalized drugs that kills millions of people daily. 

He mentioned how cancer affects the Japanese citizens daily and one of his theories / reasons why Japanese citizens have large population of people that area affected by cancer was due to the atomic bombs. Many Japanese citizens suffer from breast, bone, blood, and uterus cancer at a high rate. He then went on to state, that everyone should research or try to eat healthy by staying away from liquid sugars, sodas, processed foods, and basically, start eating healthy and drink water everyday. Governments uses these things like whiskey and tobacco as a way to control or distract people of the true world problems.

This episode is about the Anhk. Cee Bee also talks about deuces. Today is February 2nd, 2022. Month is 2, day is 2, the year is a 2. We in the Nubian community use the word deuce to express the number two. It is Nubian month in the United States of America. 

The Anhk or key of life or the key of the Nile is an ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic symbol that was most commonly used in writing and in Egyptian art to represent the word for “life” and, by extension, as a symbol of life itself. 

The Anhk is also representative of eternal life in Ancient Egypt. Additionally, Anhk were traditionally placed in sarcophagi to ensure life after death.

The ankh appears frequently in Egyptian tomb paintings and other art, often representing deities of the afterlife. An ankh was often carried by Egyptians as an amulet, either alone, or in connection with two other hieroglyphs that mean "strength" and "health." Mirrors were often made in the shape of an ankh.

This podcast is the introduction of “Traveling Man”. The traveling man has been to various countries throughout the world. Who is the Traveling-Man? The traveling-man is my big cousin. His Government name is Randall... His Nickname is "Champ". I have only had two family members that has crossed the Pacific Ocean to visit me here in Japan. One cousin Willie, he was a solider in the Army at Camp Zama. He visited me often when I was in the Navy onboard the USS Independence (CV-62) stationed in Yokosuka Naval Base. 

And the other cousin is Champ aka. Traveling-Man... He has been to various countries: Japan, Columbia, Puerto Rico, Belize, Dominican Republic, Iceland and others. He was in Puerto Rico last weekend, the last weekend in January and doing what he do. Living life to the fullest, BBQ on the beach, having fun with other travelers. Just taking in life. We facetime for about an hour. Good life the best life, the beach life. 

The side track topic in the podcast was about my Family Tree, Family Reunion and which is most important within your immediate family... Mother or Father. Do we use this name or that name? Names do not matter as long as you know where you came from. My great great great great great grand mother Maria at the age of twelve was stolen from Cuba in the slave trade. She later started her life in lower Alabama and had a son name John Van Cross, he had six daughters and my great great grand mother Wille Mae Cross married Tom McDaniel. They had a lot of kids, my grandmother name was Catherine McDaniel and she married Stanford Green. Yes, that's where I get my artist name Stanford Green from. It is my grandfather's name and he will continue to live through me.

Peace Family, in this episode, I am discussing words of wisdom from my big brother Ed Brown. He gave me a strong and powerful message, “Be a finisher.” In our daily lives, we often make / set goals but we do not have a follow up plan. What I mean is that we talk in general about what we want to do but fail to write it down. 

We have free flying goals and dreams which does not have any weight or power to be be complete. If we think of our goals and dreams as a work project. We will write it down, have a start date, a completion date, make daily or weekly entries for as the progress of your goals and dreams. And most of all take notes and work towards your goals and dreams. 

Remember, as I mentioned in episode three, “One step at a time”. Keep moving / pushing towards your goals and dreams. Always believe in yourself and do not stop until you have reached your dreams. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my podcast.

This episode is about life and time. Two years ago, we lost two greats. The Rock (Actor / WWE wrestler) his father and NBA Hall of Fame and All - Star Kobe Bryant, his daughter, her teammates and some of their parents to a tragic helicopter crash on January 26th, 2020. 

The book that I mentioned and read from is a book of Esoteric Sciences. The Hermetica, The Lost Wisdom of the Pharaohs by Timothy Freke and Peter Gandy. Excerpt, chapter IV, The Circle of Time.

'Everything in the Cosmos is constantly changing. Things are born, pass away and come into existence again, like old plants dying each winter to return as new shoots each spring. All these changes, however, are governed by unchanging natural laws. In this way, therefore, it could also be said that the Cosmos is essentially changeless.'

"In a sense, the Cosmos is changeless, because its motions are determined by unalterable laws which cause it to revolve eternally without beginning and end.

Its parts manifest, disappear and are created anew,
again and again in the undulating pulse of time.

Through the process of time, life within the Cosmos is regulated and maintained. Time renews all things in the Cosmos, by the circling process of change, measured by the heavenly bodies returning to their former positions as they revolve around the heavens.

The present issues from the past, and the future from the present. Everything is made one by this continuity. Time is like a circle, where all the points are so linked that you cannot say where it begins or ends, for all points both precede and follow one another for ever.

Yet, there is an even deeper understanding. The past has departed and no longer is. The future has not arrived and is yet to be. Even the present does not last, so how can it be said to exist, when it doesn't stay still for a moment?"
