Today we’ll introduce solar energy through Krystal’s amazing company looking to push renewable energy and its accessibility.

Welcome to our first workshop on recycle and recycling resources and facilities in New York City! We are well honored to have Kara Napolitano, Outreach and Education Coordinator at SIMS Municipal Recycling to teach us all about mass scale sorting and distribution of recyclables. Sims is the largest recycling facility in the United States. Join us in learning what happens to your plastic bits after being collected.
