What's in the Back of Your Head to do is Correlated with Visions of Your Third Eye
I was talking to one of my friends and she said " In the back of my head, I know I should do this". Boom! It hit me! I remembered a couple of things about the back of our heads. First, the base of the skull is where stress activates the release of cortisol that urges us to act, then I remembered that if you  go a little deeper, there's the pineal gland which is considered to be our third eye; that organ which  is considered to be the seat of the soul. So when she said that, it dawned on me that what we often have in the back of our head is the ideas that our soul is communicating to us but we often drown it out by going to the front of our heard and being more logical. We don’t live life hoping to day and Sr to the end, living is keeping death at a distance and doing what we must to live. Living is the purpose of life so live by going for it, whatever “it” is.

Sam is enthusiastic about helping people to improve their lives, by making positive choices, while improving their positive practice of being most present. He spent almost a decade of combined service, in the United States Marine Corps, and United States Army ; training, mentoring, and counseling, and, offers this experience towards understanding and serving people, he defended abroad, in the United States, and also around the world. Sam believes that helping people through active listening, positive reflection, and positive suggestions, can help them realize more positives in their lives, while utilizing their strengths, and support from family and friends, to overcome challenges they face, in their daily lives. He is driven by the notion that the joy of helping others, is the joy of helping ourselves. Sam’s message through the aforementioned is to help people, who in turn help others – by sharing and caring – in positive reciprocating helping relationships. Sam has worked extensively with middle school children, adolescents, and adults challenged by substance dependence and mental illnesses. Sam was conferred a bachelor’s of science degree in social psychology from a Park University, a master of science degree in industrial organizational psychology from Capella University, and a master’s degree in social work from Florida International University. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida, and a practitioner of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), mostly with military veterans, and clients who experienced varied trauma. Sam is currently working towards a Doctoral degree in Social Work. Sam believes that people can, through willingness and acceptance, be guided to increase their positive self-determination; through kindness, positive suggestions, unconditional positive regard, and evidence-based best practices, to help them positively enhance their lives. --

He was given the name Zhenwu and made the 13th lineage holder of Long Qing Qigong. As the lineage holder he was asked to write a book and perform qigong healings that he called Meridian Qigong Therapy (MQT). The responsibility of being the lineage holder required him to teach and travel so that the formerly hidden knowledge would be securely planted in the West. Realize it  -Anon. - What's going on everybody my name is Edouard Gilles. And thank you for tuning into one of these TED Talks daily podcast. And I woke up to the spirit of wanting to share what I have in my heart. So this morning, a very important thought was and this thought was, well, we are often bridged by our stories. So, our stories can be a bridge to relate to someone else. And that's how we ultimately communicate with other people is by relating to their story. For history or his story happens because we were able to form bridges between different people, different nations, time, place, and people and history. So the bridge between history and reality is through our stories. Reality is the story that is going on. Now, let's take a look back at the story that we tell us the story that we tell ourselves not often reality. So let's not confuse our life story with the story we're telling ourselves about how life should be or how life is. We call this the paradigm; the way we see things, the way we view things and the way we looked at things as a sum total of the story we have about how things should be in our mind. So I say to you the same story that bridges relationships, the same story that forms of a bridge so that  you can relate to another being is  sometimes the same story that's going to separate you from people that may need to be in your life. So the most important thing we can do for ourselves is take a look at the story that we're telling ourselves. Because that story is what at the end of day is going to make history. What you think every single day will ultimately determine the path that your life takes, henceforth, the thing that we can do every day is think right thoughts. Now, you may say, right and wrong: that's a very eerie topic, eerie subject, a subject that I can't quite way what is right and what is wrong, because it is subjective. Right are things that we do that does not hinder us from having a positive life experience. Doing things that are right are  things that we do that ares not hinder us from having a positive life experience. Now, if you know that you're eating this stuff, it's killing you inside and you continuously doing it, then I'm sure it's a negative action because it's not helping you have a positive experience. So positive life experience comes when you do the things that are helping you and not hurting you. That's what makes things positive and that's what dictates what what's positive or negative. Now let's go back to the negative things. What are some negative emotions, some negative beliefs, some negative stories we can tell ourselves. "I'm not good enough. I will never achieve it, my life was meant to be this way. I have a generational curse. Every year, the same thing happens. I can't keep my word".  All of these things become negative, because they're not helping you get to the positive life experience. A positive life experience start with positive thinking, positive thoughts. We're not saying let's go against what reality is

There will be hard times but learn how you can use those hard times to get better. The key to all success in economics or mental health is self development, it will all change for the better when you change for the better. Respond - build up inside of you that heavy desire to be free to get on with building your life and lifestyle too much as waiting to delay. Take a new look at your opportunity, figure out new ways to seize them immediately and make them work for you. Develop a plan for your life rather than aimlessly drifting through it, the victim of circumstance. Create your own environment and learn to control it,  Go on a crash program to clean up decision  Get other things set up and started in Organized Start doing all the things that would make you feel better: exercise, diet reading more books open a floodgate of positive moves in the right direction and Be thankful- add up what you do have make an actual as well as a conscious mental list of all you possess tangible, as well as in tangible Take one day and see what a variety of positive steps you can take and projects, you can take on at the end of the day, go over it right out the positive step the progress on projects. Write at least one encouraging letter or thank you note and make at least one encouraging phone call or Thank you call every week  Have a friend help you stay accountable, help you to get all the facts and prepare for action  Resolve to be free of the habit- that job is up to you to work on yourself to get the right attitude next start the daily action of first cleaning up all your current situation.

I had a figurative dream last night where I walked into a building that seemed to be rundown and ugly on the outside. My mom stayed in that building, when I walked in, it was a million dollar condo. I found out that there was two room in the condo but only my mother resides in there. It came to my attention that I was working so hard trying to buy my mother a home that I didn’t realize she had one already. In this episode, I talk about how to utilize self-awareness to navigate through the stages of a burnout and share some tips on preventing burnouts. -- Burnout is a general description of the health of the person and could have been caused by an emotional, mental or physical overload. It is usually accompanied by a lack of drive and productivity as well as physical symptoms, which include but are not limited to headaches, poor blood circulation and constant pressure in the chest. -- Now that you know what it is, what are the stages of a burnout? 1. Extreme enthusiasm to achieve a big goal or project. 2. Problems arise that slow us down. 3. We then experience internal and emotional turmoil such as depression, exhaustion and reduce dedication. 4. I believe that we all have automatic settings, some people call it values or ways of the subconscious mind. I call it automatic settings because it serves as your restore feature when you fall off track out of your normal way of being. So within your health/life journey, if you lack consistency, you can always depend on your restore point to get back on track. What happens when you don't have this feature? You cannot restore to a point you never had. My message for you today is to realize that our world is too toxic to leave our health in the hands of generalized information, we need to reform our ways of being and start to go towards the path of a healthier life. We need to make it our responsibility to live up to a certain set of guidelines and principles we've structured for ourselves. We need to know that although we will fall off track, we will get back on the pathway towards great health.

Is Negativity the gateway to Naivity
Sometimes we can become so negative that it consumes our souls thoughts and actions, leading us down the wrong path. We have clearly been programmed to believe that a chaotic world is inevitable. Every piece of news sensationalizing negativity builds up a context within the public mind, creating an expectancy, a cynicism, of continuous events of a negative nature. (The science of context is so important that it is one of the most forbidden areas of knowledge - and most people don’t even know what it means.) This belief system of a world with continuous disharmony and destruction, passes from the individual into the mass mind. An understanding of how this works is withheld from the public. All we receive is controlled knowledge designed to keep the populace in ignorance. People are brainwashed into denying the validity of their own perceptions with fear and disbelief.

How Many Reps Should You Do During Workout
You have your protein shake ready, your mind ready and you are ready to crush your workout! You have the exercises down but you don't really know how many reps to do... Should you do 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, or 2 reps? The answer is: IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING TO ACCOMPLISH -- Not everyone is a body builder, not everyone want huge muscles. Some people just want to tone up and look good. So "How do you do that". Think of fitness training like a sport, you can't practice one aspect of the sport, you have to learn all of the components. Learn how to dribble, shoot, pass, and play defense. Don't pick one zone to work in, pick multiple zones and train in those zones throughout the entire week.

I want to move in the new year fresh and If I want to be real, I have to tell you the truth. I USED TO LIVE in my car for a year because I made a determined effort that no matter what happens with school, my finances or my business, that I wouldn't go home and I would push through. That I would be my own man and have my own story, SO I did that. I slept in my car after getting evicted and getting kicked out a friend's place. But the thing is I became obsessed with PAIN, because it motivated me so much. It caused my to wake up early, helped me not slack off and I felt like every day was my opportunity to fight. It was also lonely and caused me to be a depressed state at times, but it made me a stronger person, a better man. So I don't regret it, but I'm ready to leave that stage of my life behind and step into greatness. I wanted to share my story at the FAU lead conference, so I sent them this video and they didn't put me in the conference, So I decided to share it with you myself.
