Relationships with Employees - Contractors with Shawn Dean
Employees are a lot like plants: give them a place in the sun, just enough attention, but not too much, and room to grow and they'll thrive. Keep them in the dark, hover over them too much, or neglect them outright, and they'll fail to produce. If building a stronger relationship with your employees is important to you, you can't go wrong by shining the spotlight on their achievements, giving them enough positive reinforcement without micromanaging, and allowing them to develop their talents. visit our website here buy our merchandise here

Why Network Marketing with Erika Dale
Erika  joined her current company in 2015 with only $226 in her bank account. She was managing a gym at the time and working insane hours, and often found herself skipping out on life and her passions just to try to make ends meet financially. She has created a 6 figure  income and is one of the top recruiters in her current company all from social media and part time! Doing this allowed her husband to close down his brick and mortar gyms and open up a nutrition platform business which was his real passion. Erika and Jesse are both  athletes so having a sound product was very important to them. Erika recently finished her PhD in holistic nutrition so she could continue learning more about health and wellness. Network Marketing has given she and Jesse freedom to travel more, to live in Florida during the winter and escape the Indiana cold….and to just have their lives back. Check out her website HERE
