Doing so, he cooperates with local producers, goes on trips with foodsharing and has become an expert on supply chains of different products over the past years. His motto “just do it” proves to be really useful. How else should he achieve that people being catered by him change from meat to vegetarian consumption or try out seitan, tofu and similar products as a delicious alternative.
