Every 10 hour episode you hear on this podcast is made by solo creator and fellow sleep struggler, Chel Hamilton, in pursuit of supporting all of us in getting deeper, more restful sleep.

You don’t need headphones or earbuds for these episodes, though you may find the quality of just using your phone speaker isn’t the best choice... so by all means experiment with the devices you have available and find what works for you.
