Ep. 10: Letting the Love In Guided Practice
When I was feeling into what you guys needed this month, I felt that we needed to talk about love. Whatever your romantic relationship status, February seems to be a time that romantic love comes into the forefront of everyone's mind. And whatever your opinion of Valentine's Day, it can be a beautiful time to take a look at your relationships, how you give and receive love and just how much love feels comfortable for you to receive. Here's the thing: love is a frequency, just like anything else. And the amount of love you receive and feel in your life is directly connected to the amount of love your nervous system can hold.  It's like the first time you do a challenging yoga pose. It feels weird, uncomfortable, maybe even triggering. Your thoughts start to spin and you want to get out of it. 5 breaths can feel like 5 minutes.  Same deal with any frequency that your energy field isn't used to. The first time you feel it, it's difficult. Feels like a stretch.  But the more your practice, stay present with the discomfort and give it time to move, the more you'll rewire your nervous system to be able to hold that vibration. And then, you become a magnet for more love - in all forms. You can feel love in your life in a moment, and have the power to create it at any time. That's exactly what this guided practice is designed to help you do. Think of it like a stretch for your energy field - one that makes more space for you to receive love into your life. Take time with this practice, and let me know how it goes for you. Ep. 9: Love, Worthiness + Money
This week’s episode is all about love and money - two sides of the worthiness coin.  Talking all about the energy of love and money, how your self worth determines how much of each you can receive, masculine worth and feminine worth and more. Love and money are simply energies - energies that we view as valuable.  The way I see it, any time you’re desiring something valuable, there’s an instant self judgement about your own worthiness and value in comparison to the thing you want.  So often with love and money - two energies we collectively view as very valuable - we can quickly slip into a tailspin of oh I’m not worthy enough to date that person, to have a loving partner, to charge that much or ask for this raise. Ep. 8: Sex, Money, Magic
It's a funny thing, but in spite of how much time + energy I've invested in healing my own relationship to sexuality, it's not something I talk about much in my work. That is, until today.  In this episode, we're diving into how your creative, cocreative and sexual energies all come from the same place, why so many of us are cut off from that creative energy, how energetically making love to your money, business, desires and dreams can massively speed up your manifestations and more.  So much sacral chakra love. I cannot wait to hear what you think! As a sexual trauma survivor, it's massively important to me to be responsible anytime I'm talking about sex and going into territory that may be triggering for other survivors.  As always, please be your own advocate here. If it doesn't feel right to listen to this episode, honor that. If it doesn't feel good or okay or even possible to consider reclaiming or healing your sexual energy + power, that is okay. Ep 7: Connecting to Yourself to Activate Your Intuition
Intuition is such a buzz word - but what does it actually mean, and how do you drop into and use your intuition?  In my book, your intuition is your connection to the infinite wisdom, guidance and support that's available to all of us. It's like Phone a Friend on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire... and the friend always knows the answer. But we live in an externally focused, busy, hustling world. A world that doesn't teach us to value quiet, stillness, taking time to connect to ourselves. Unless of course we share it on Instagram with #selfcare.  But your intuition is one of the most valuable resources you have to help you shift out of survival mode and start consciously, intentionally creating and living a life you're madly in love with. This week's episode is all about how you can deepen your connection to yourself and what to do with that connection.  It feels especially potent at this time of year - when so many of us shift into external overdrive. Trying to set intentions and resolutions and goals to do more, be more, achieve more.  My question to you: what if everything you need, want, desire is already within you? Ep. 5: The Dark Side of Finding Your Purpose
When I originally planned this episode, I wanted to talk to you about how to find your purpose and start living it, infusing it into your work, your relationships and your every day life.  These big questions of who am I really, why am I here, what do I want? What will my legacy be?  But as I was feeling into this episode, I realized that there may be something we need more in this moment - thought of course we’ll come back to all of the above, because it’s juicy and something I get asked about all the time.  But right now, I’m the early days of 2019, it feels like everyone around us is in do do do mode.  Do more, create more, expand more, change more. All of that doing can be great... but it’s such a slippery slope. When does the doing, striving toward purpose and fulfillment slip into us creating more “evidence” about how we’re not enough.  More shame that we’re not there yet.  So today, I wanted to talk about some of the underneath stuff of finding and living your purpose. How to look at the shame of not reaching your goals (yet), deciding what to share and what not to, and what it means when you fail.
