Welcome to Courage 2 Overcome with Cheryl Ginnings, where amazing things happen. If you have physical or mental challenges, this is for you. If you are caring for someone, a child with disabilities, a spouse with terminal illness or disabilities, or parents with Alzheimer's or Dementia, this program will address what we are learning from others about improving our lives. We will find that many parents have done a lot of the research. Parents should be partners with their child's issues.
I have a dream that we can make a difference in people's lives who are young and coming behind us. Sharing the stories and the tips and answers that we have found that works and does not work with caring for others. Why should we all have to find out for ourselves what helps and what does not help? Listen in as I get to some of the issues and questions that others ask about being a caregiver.
I will share my stories and welcome others to share their stories with me. Let's connect. Sign up for the recordings and I can get some tips sent to your inbox and share upcoming events with you.
What is your dream?

We are meeting one another learning that life has lots of challenges but that we can work things out by finding support when we need help. We live in a world that can hand us surprises and we are not prepared for them. But in the end the important thing is to learn to love one another and know we want to live without regrets. Our families can be wonderful and we can learn how to be supportive to each other.
Life and living takes work, but it is worth the effort! If you have some challenges you are dealing with and want to get help, I am here for you. We can talk on the podcast, or you can ask me about coaching. Encouraging others is one of my biggest strengths! I love to help others reach for the stars and excel in life!
