Use the Law of Attraction

Use the Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction was first believed to have been taught to man by the eternal Buddha hundreds of years ago.

He is said to have wanted the world to know that If you think positively and set goals for yourself, you will find a way to accomplish them. "what you have become is what you have imagined."

The Law of Attraction will help you attract anything you want, including money.

Many people have a scarcity attitude, also known as scarcity mentality. The scarcity mentality is the idea that there will never be enough of something — whether it's money, food, emotions, or something else entirely — and as a result, your actions and thoughts are motivated by a sense of scarcity.

In this podcast, I will share with you how I use The Law of Attraction to reframe my mind

How to relieve the feelings of emptiness and regain Your happy back

How to relieve the feelings of emptiness and regain Your happy back

Emptiness is a complex feeling for people to classify or explain because it refers to the lack of feeling or emotion rather than the presence of feeling or emotion. Though most people experience feelings of emptiness at some stage in their lives, constant emptiness may harm mental wellbeing. And be a symptom of an underlying mental health problem. At the heart of emptiness lies an absence of love for oneself.

What does it feel like to be empty?

You lack self -worth and or belief

You lack a sense of direction.

Your life seems to be devoid of meaning to you.

You're not especially happy, but you're also not particularly sad.

Why saying NO is so hard to Do

Why saying NO is so hard to Do

I am a sucker for saying yes.

Sometimes I even find myself thinking, "no, no, no, no," and then I blurt out "yes."

Why is it so challenging to say the word "no"? It's just a word.

People believe that they'll be OK saying no, but at the instant, when you're face-to-face with someone, and you're in this awkward, sticky, sort of guilt-ridden experience, you don't realize that it's overwhelming, and you're more likely to give in and say yes than you think.

How people think of us plays a significant part in our decisions.

And so I realized exactly why I found it so difficult to say no.

I realize this is not just a challenge that I face, but one that many people go through every day. It's a heavy burden to carry because with the urge to say yes also comes a lack of self-confidence and self-value.

If like me, you're having trouble saying no, this episode may help.

Daily Practices for the most forgotten parts of the body: Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical

Daily Practices for the most forgotten parts of the body: Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical

There are four principal characters of an individual that go together to guide them along the way of life. These phases are the Physical Body, the Emotional Body, the Mental Body, and the Spiritual Body.

Because energy passes from the mental to the emotional body, it can be blocked by emotional scars from the past, generating anxiety, stress, and bitterness, and this can affect our physical body. Spiritual and emotional are subsets of the mental. Hence, if you are mentally healthy, you are, by definition, also spiritually, emotionally, and physically healthy.

Eliminating negativity from your life doesn’t make you a bad person; it means you’re valuing your mental and emotional well-being and practicing true self-care. All this is, of course, easier said than done. So, how do you deal with people you’d rather avoid at all costs?

How to spot Toxic People Part 1

How to spot Toxic People Part 1

You’ve probably read a ton of articles about the importance of not surrounding yourself with toxic people. Toxicity! Sadly, it is not only found in your food. Surprisingly, it can also be in people. Toxic people can be complicated to deal with and very poisoning to your life and relationships. It’s not that the whole person is toxic. Instead, their behavior is toxic, or your relationship with the person is toxic.

But what describes a toxic person? How do you know that you’re hanging out with one?

principles vs process

principles vs process

God is a God of increase and abundance. Being obedient to what God has granted, you will bring growth and abundance into your life.

The person who becomes excellent at what God has called them to do will have abundance in their life. Just as there are universal laws that govern the world of nature, there are fundamental principles that govern our personal lives and relationships. These seven Biblical principles apply to every person, regardless of culture, background, religion, age, education, or social status.

When you take consistent action on those principles, you will receive the Kingdom result that Jesus spoke of in the Parable of the Talents, and that result is ABUNDANCE! Jesus said, "What do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your soul? Is anything worth more than your soul?" (Matthew 16:26) We will exam these seven principles today.

Why you need to be both Grounded and Centered to maintain balance in your life.

Why you need to be both Grounded and Centered to maintain balance in your life.

Living "grounded" means that you're present in your body and joined with the Earth. When you're grounded, you allow yourself to feel centered and balanced no matter what's going on around you. Staying focused is critical in life. When you're focused, you can avoid getting led astray and becoming out of balance.

Remember that the power of the Earth is always there to support you.

For us to function normally and productively, we need to be emotionally stable. These tips are ways to accomplish this. You can apply them to manage the uncertainties that can brew in your life. They are guidelines on how to keep a cool head and emerge as a problem-solver all the time.

Using meditation as a way to rewire your brain

Using meditation as a way to rewire your brain

Meditation can transform your life and your very understanding of who you are. The study of mindfulness and meditation has been around for thousands of years. Still, it has gained interest in the business world primarily because these practices change the wiring and the makeup of our brains.

I started practicing mindfulness and meditation because of debilitating anxiety, depression, and stress.

The Myth: Meditation is supposed to calm the mind. Correct meditation will lead you to stop thinking. False!

The Truth: A feeling of calm and a quieter mind is sometimes a result of meditation, but the purpose of meditation is not to calm the mind or your self. What changes as a result of meditation is not necessarily the speed and frequency of the thoughts that appear in our mind, but rather our relationship with those thoughts.

The power of Affirmations

The power of Affirmations

Cheryl Shares the power of Affirmations!

Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, habit, or goal that you want to achieve. When you Repeat them often, these positive statements affect the subconscious mind deeply and trigger them into action. This act also programs the brain to act according to the repeated words, triggering the subconscious mind to work on one's behalf, to make the positive statements come true.

Welcome

Welcome

Cheryl Shares what she learned about Self Love,Setting Healthy Boundaries, the power of Affirmations,Relationships and being a mother of three daughters and one son.

A friend of mine had to pull me to a mirror and make me look at myself to notice I have pretty shaped eyes.   I didn't recognize it, just like I didn't acknowledge my beautiful smile others commented on.

I was nineteen years old and didn't admire myself at all. Growing up, girls who thought well of themselves were identified conceited. Humility was the quality to have. I wanted to be liked by everyone, an unfortunate mindset that countless women carry into adulthood.

I received much love at home growing up but didn't hold any for myself. Since childhood, I was fixated on what was wrong with me, which diverted me from what was right.

Being short with a long torso for my age and a  little fat caused me to become a people pleaser, which makes up for not thinking I was good enough. It wasn't until I turned twenty-nine that I started appreciating my beautiful smile for the first time, and that was my turning point.

I began to treat myself with a little compassion; I noticed I seemed more content. Every drop of self-kindness improved my self-image. As I started to say "no" to the things I didn't want to do, it created a loving feeling instead of wrong or scary.

I was viewing myself through the expressions of love. It was like awaking as a new person.  Moreover, amidst all the love I got from my family and friends, here was the first time I understood what love was. Self-love made me relish in self-acceptance and gratitude about finding out who I was.

Self-love forces you want to take care of yourself. It gave me the courage to reinvent myself and move into my purpose. Presently I wake up smiling every day, acknowledging I'm my most authentic self, and I want everyone to have it.
