In 2016, Skye was appointed to the Independent Advisory Board for Victoria Police, where she provides strategic advice on sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and predatory behaviour in Victoria Police. Skye works predominately with independent school clients in the areas of child safety, privacy, discrimination, and employment relations. She has extensive experience in preventing and responding to concerns about child abuse and providing redress in line with the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
