STAND STRONG: CULTIVATING SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT IN FAITH.

STAND STRONG: CULTIVATING SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT IN FAITH.

SWEET MELODIES | FUNKE OHAHUNA| BIBLE READING| PRAYERS| EXHORTATION.

Welcome to SWEET MELODIES. This episode reveals the importance of community and fellowship among believers as we focus on the concept of 'standalone syndrome' and how it goes against the very nature of how God created mankind. This episode enlightens the believer on the role of fellowship in our spiritual growth, the importance of accountability in our lives, and how we can support and encourage one another in our faith.

In the book of Genesis, it is clear that God did not create individuals to function independently of Him and other creatures. In fact, in Genesis chapter 1, verse 28, God commands humans to have dominion over the earth and all its creatures. This shows that we were created to work together in harmony with God and His creation.

As believers, it is not enough for us to simply check on each other's well-being. We are called to go beyond that and ensure that our brothers and sisters in Christ are standing strong in their faith and resisting temptations. In times like these, we must stand with each other and support one another in our faith journey. In our spiritual journey, we may face challenges, doubts, and struggles. That's where fellowship comes in. When we have a community of believers around us, we can share our burdens, receive wisdom and guidance, and find comfort and healing. The Book of Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, 'Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.'

The idea of 'standalone syndrome' is especially prevalent in today's society, where individualism and self-reliance are highly valued. However, as Christians, we must remember that we were created to be in community with one another. We need each other to stand strong and stand firm in the faith.

By standing together as a community of believers, we can help each other to stay strong, stay on the right path, and grow in our relationship with God. This is the essence of why God created fellowship. He knew that we would need each other to face the challenges and temptations of this world.

We must not forsake the fellowship of our brethren. It is through the support and accountability of our fellow believers that we can resist temptations and stay faithful to God. The Bible tells us in Hebrews 10:24-25, 'And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.'

Furthermore, the Holy Spirit works through fellowship to strengthen and guide us in our faith. When we come together as a community, we allow the Holy Spirit to move among us and bring us closer to God. Don't forsake the sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit.

In conclusion, the concept of 'standalone syndrome' is contrary to God's plan for mankind. He created us to be in fellowship with one another, to support and encourage each other in our faith journey. As believers, we must stand together and not stand alone. Let us heed God's call to stand in unity and support one another in our walk with Him. Thank you for listening to 'SWEET MELODIES'.

THE RATIONAL WITNESS: Exploring the Intersection of Faith and Reason.

THE RATIONAL WITNESS: Exploring the Intersection of Faith and Reason.

WORD EXPLOSION 2024| DAY 6| RATIONALIZE GOD'S WORD| with CHIMDI & FUNKE OHAHUNA. John 1: 8 (Phi) Welcome to another episode of WE'24, where we dive deep into the meaning of personal and its significance in our relationship with God. In today's episode, we will be exploring the idea that being personal also means being rational and self-conscious, and how this plays a crucial role in our faith journey. When we think of the word 'personal', we often associate it with something or someone that is close to us, intimate, and unique. However, the Bible also sheds light on another aspect of being a personal witness to the Light, one that involves our rational thinking and self-awareness. In the Bible, we see that John the Baptist was described as a personal witness. This means that he was not just a witness, but a rational and self-conscious one. This is a vital aspect to note, as it shows that our faith in God is not solely based on emotions or feelings, but also on our ability to think and reason. Our hearts, which is often referred to as the spirit man, is the center of everything. It is where our faith resides, and where we connect with God. In the New Testament, the word 'heart' is often used to refer to the core or center of our being, which is our spirit. However, in the Old Testament, there are instances where the word 'heart' refers to the mind. This shows us that our minds, or our rational thinking, also plays a crucial role in our faith. The Bible mentions that the heart of man is deceitful and desperately wicked. This is a reminder that our minds, and our thoughts, can often lead us astray if not aligned with God's truth. But this does not mean that our rational thinking is not important. It is essential in our faith journey. When we receive the Spirit of God, He communicates faith to us, and we are then able to confess and live out that faith. This shows that our human faith is still needed, even though it is limited. As believers, we are called to live by faith, not by our senses. However, our senses are also important and necessary. We cannot deny the fact that we are physical beings, and our senses play a vital role in our daily lives. But as believers, we are called to live in the Lord Jesus, and not solely rely on our senses. In the Garden of Eden, before the fall of man, God could reason with man, and man could rationalize His words. This shows us that the word of God was not mysterious or hidden, but plain and understandable. However, after sin entered the world, man's rationalizing ability was still present, as seen when the Holy Spirit reproves the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. This ability to rationalize is rooted in our conscience, which is a gift from God. God does not want to be coded or hidden from us. He desires a relationship with us, and any attempt to code Him only leads to cultism. Before sin, man was able to understand and rationalize the word of God, and even after the fall, this ability remains. This is why the Holy Spirit can still reprove man and convict man of sin. In conclusion, being personal not only means having an intimate relationship with God, but it also involves our rational thinking and self-awareness. Our minds and senses are not to be disregarded in our faith journey, but rather, they should be aligned with God's truth. Let us strive to have a personal relationship with God, one that involves our hearts, minds, and senses. Thank you for tuning in to our podcast. Soul Winning: Exploring the Lessons of Jesus Taking the Disciples to Bethsaida.

Soul Winning: Exploring the Lessons of Jesus Taking the Disciples to Bethsaida.

BIBLE STUDY| MIRACLES OF JESUS SERIES.|THE FOURTH MIRACLE OF JESUS pt.10| WHAT DO SOUL WINNERS/ FISHERSOFMEN UNDERSTAND?| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.   The story of Jesus taking his disciples to Bethsaida is a powerful and important lesson for all Christians. It is a lesson that speaks to the very core of our faith and our purpose as followers of Christ. In this blog post, we will explore the significance of this event and how it relates to the call for all believers to be fishers of men. In the town of Bethsaida, Jesus performed a great miracle by feeding thousands of people with just five loaves of bread and two fish. This was a remarkable display of his power and compassion, but there is a deeper meaning to this event that we must not overlook. It was in this same place that Jesus told Peter, 'Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.' (Matthew 4:19) This statement holds great significance, as it reveals two important aspects of the Christian faith and the church – shepherding and soul winning. Shepherding refers to the caring, feeding, nurturing, and growing of the flock. This is an essential aspect of the Christian faith as we are called to love and care for one another as brothers and sisters in Christ. On the other hand, soul winning is the act of bringing new souls into the family of God through Christ Jesus. This is the mission that Jesus gave to his disciples and to all believers – to go into the world and make disciples of all nations. (Matthew 28:19) Just as a human needs two legs to stand balanced, the church and the Christian faith also need the balance of both shepherding and soul winning. Without one, the other cannot thrive. This is why Jesus took his disciples to Bethsaida, to show them the importance of both aspects and how they work together to fulfill the mission of the church. In Luke chapter 5, we see the disciples struggling to catch fish all night, but with no success. However, when Jesus tells them to cast their nets again, they catch a great number of fish. This is a powerful lesson for us as soul winners. It shows us that our efforts in soul winning are not dependent on our own abilities, but on the power and direction of God. Just as Peter kept trying until Jesus came to give the command, we must also keep trying and never give up on sharing the good news of Christ with others. Another important lesson from this event is that soul winning is God's work, while evangelism (casting or laying down the net) is man's work. This understanding takes the pressure off of us as believers, as we know that it is ultimately God who will win the soul. Our job is simply to be obedient and share the message of salvation with others. It is also essential to note that Jesus knows more about soul winning and discipleship than we could ever know. We must never get to a point where we think we are professionals or experts in soul winning. As Peter, a professional fisherman, failed to catch fish that night, we must also recognize that our human abilities are limited, and it is only through God's power and guidance that we can truly be effective in bringing souls to Christ. The story of Jesus taking his disciples to Bethsaida is a hands-on experience that teaches us the importance of both shepherding & soul winning in the Christian faith. It reminds us that our efforts in soul winning are not about our abilities, but about being obedient to God's call. As we launch into the deep and bring in the souls to the family of God remember, God who ultimately wins the soul and we’re simply vessels for his work. Directly from the Father: Strengthening Your Relationship with God.

Directly from the Father: Strengthening Your Relationship with God.

WORD EXPLOSION 2024| DAY 5|SPEAK DIRECT THROUGH CHRIST| with CHIMDI & FUNKE OHAHUNA. John 1: 8 (Phi) In this podcast, we will be exploring the concept of direct communication with God and how it is essential for our spiritual growth and relationship with Him. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines the word 'personal' as something that is carried out between individuals directly, without any intermediaries. This phrase perfectly encapsulates the importance of direct communication with God.   We often find ourselves seeking confirmation and signs from God indirectly, hoping to receive a message from Him. However, this approach can hinder our spiritual growth and distance us from God. As Christians, we should strive to reach a level where we can hear God directly, without the need for confirmations or signs.   The ultimate example of direct communication between God and man is the revelation of Jesus, the Light, to John the Baptist. This communication did not require any intermediaries; it was a direct and personal encounter between God the Father and His messenger. This highlights the importance of having a close and direct relationship with God.   As we grow in our faith, we should outgrow the need for confirmations and signs and instead rely on the voice of the Holy Spirit and the inner witness to confirm what the scriptures are telling us. This direct communication with God is a sign of spiritual maturity and strengthens our relationship with Him.   Unfortunately, in today's world, we often find ourselves getting farther from God while seeking indirect means of hearing from Him. We are constantly looking for confirmations and signs when all God wants is for us to be close to Him. He desires a direct relationship with us, where He can be our source, sustainer, and everything else.   Just like a good marriage thrives on direct communication, our relationship with God also thrives on direct communication. Jesus, the final sacrifice for our sins, has bridged the gap between us and God. We no longer need offerings and sacrifices to get God's attention because Jesus' sacrifice has already gotten His attention. This act of love and sacrifice has opened the door for us to have direct access to God anytime, any day.   The objective of this session is to let every listener know God desires a direct relationship with us. He wants us to come to Him directly, without any intermediaries, and have a personal and intimate conversation with Him. Let us strive to outgrow the need for confirmations and signs, and instead, rely on direct communication with God through the Holy Spirit. Jesus has paid the ultimate sacrifice for us to have this direct relationship with God, let us embrace it and praise Him forever. A Deeper Level of Intimacy: Knowing Jesus is a Journey of Continuous Revelation.

A Deeper Level of Intimacy: Knowing Jesus is a Journey of Continuous Revelation.

WORD EXPLOSION 2024| DAY 4|PRESENTING CHRIST| with CHIMDI & FUNKE OHAHUNA. John 1: 8 (Phi)   Welcome to this episode where we dive into the deep and profound truth of the Godhead and our relationship with Him. We explored the concept of how the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit work together to reveal the true nature of Jesus Christ. The Godhead is one person, but each person has their own distinct functions and roles, just like how we as humans have a spirit, soul, and body. The spirit connects with the spiritual world, the soul with the intellectual world, and the body with the physical world. And just like how the body is necessary for the spirit and soul to function on earth, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit work together to reveal the fullness of Christ to us. As we continue to learn more about Jesus, we also come to know the Father and the Holy Spirit. It is a continuous journey of revelation and unveiling, and we can never know enough. Our ultimate desire as witnesses of Jesus Christ should be for Him to be revealed to us by the Father God. But how can we know the deep things of the Father? We cannot rely on mere human understanding or teachings. As a pointer to Jesus, we cannot reveal these deep things to others. Only the Holy Spirit, who dwells within us, can reveal the deep things of the Father. This is why it is crucial to build a strong relationship with the Holy Spirit.   Who is Jesus on the inside of you? He is the one who will reveal the deep things of the Father to you. And these revelations may be personal and unique to each individual. They may not need to be shared with others, but they will guide you in your walk with the Father.   In his letter to the Corinthians, Paul reminds us of the sweet fellowship and communion we have with the Holy Spirit. While we often seek the grace and love of God, we tend to neglect this vital aspect of our relationship with Him. The grace of God is like the outer court, the love of God the inner court, and the sweet fellowship is the holiest of all. It is the most intimate and personal connection we can have with the Godhead. So let us not take this sweet fellowship for granted. Let us seek to build a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit, who will reveal the deep things of the Father to us. Glimpses of Grace:  Digging Deep for Personal Revival.

Glimpses of Grace:  Digging Deep for Personal Revival.

REVIVE US Series| Chimdi Ohahuna| A CALL FOR PERSONAL REVIVAL.

Welcome to this thought-provoking podcast, where we delve into the topic of raising an army that is not just driven by men, but by God himself. In today's society, the church ministry has become so man-driven that we have forgotten our true purpose and calling as soldiers in the army of the Lord.

We are living in a time where the church is no longer raising soldiers, but civilians. Now, don't get me wrong, being a civilian is not a bad thing. However, if we are raising civilians who are not prepared for battle, then we are doing a disservice to the kingdom of God.

In the past and even in recent times, when a country or a kingdom goes to war, the president or king calls upon able-bodied men to join the army. These are civilians who have the potential to fight and defend their nation. Similarly, the church should be raising men and women who can be of value in the day of battle.

But the sad reality is that we are not even raising civilians, we are raising babies. Can a baby fight a war? Can a baby handle the challenges that come with being a soldier in the army of the Lord? The answer is no. We are raising a generation that is ill-equipped and unprepared for the spiritual battles that lie ahead.

This has greatly affected the church and has resulted in a reduced ability to mount pressure on the gates of hell. As Jesus said, 'the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church.' We often interpret this as a physical battle, but in reality, it is a spiritual one.

Let's take a moment to understand the significance of gates. A gate is used for defense, to protect oneself from any potential attacks. Hell is not on the attack, it is on the defensive. The church, on the other hand, is meant to be on the offense, advancing the kingdom of God. But due to our ignorance, we are like beasts perishing in our own ignorance.

It's time for the church to wake up and realize our true identity as soldiers in the army of the Lord. We need to stop raising babies and start raising soldiers who are ready to fight the battles that come our way. We need to be a church that is driven by God, not by men.

So, join me in this journey as we explore what it truly means to be a soldier in the army of the Lord. Let's learn how to raise an army that is not just made up of civilians, but of strong and capable soldiers who are ready to conquer the gates of hell.

In today's society, it is not uncommon to see people turning to Jesus for their specific individual needs. Whether it is for a successful career, a happy marriage, or even a visa to travel abroad, we have converted Jesus into someone who can fulfill our desires and wants. However, in doing so, we have failed to truly know who Jesus is and what he represents. We have reduced him to a mere service provider, when in reality, Jesus is so much more. it is time for us to stop reducing Jesus to meet our specific individual needs. We must strive to know him for who he truly is – our Lord, our Savior, and the Son of God.

EMPOWERED WITNESSES: Our Partner in Soul Winning.

EMPOWERED WITNESSES: Our Partner in Soul Winning.

WORD EXPLOSION 2024| DAY 3 |PRESENTING CHRIST| with CHIMDI & FUNKE OHAHUNA. John 1: 8 (Phi)   In this podcast, we will delve into the powerful statement made by Jesus in Acts 1:8, 'You shall be my witnesses from Jerusalem to Judea, Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.' This statement holds great significance for us as Christians, as it not only defines our role in spreading the message of Christ, but also sheds light on the true nature of witnessing.   The early church was known as Christianos, which means followers of Christ. They were called this because they were witnesses. But what does it truly mean to be a witness? As we explore this question, we will discover that our role as witnesses is not to reveal Christ, but to present Him to the world.   It is important to understand that no human witness can reveal Christ to anyone. No matter how eloquent or persuasive we may be, we cannot reveal Christ to someone's heart. This is because the revelation of Christ comes from God Himself. As the apostle Paul writes in Galatians 1:15-16, 'But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb and called me through His grace, to reveal His Son in me, that I might preach Him among the Gentiles.'   We may do our best to teach and preach the gospel, but until Christ is revealed to someone, our efforts will be in vain. I recall a mentee of mine who attended church for years without truly understanding the message of Christ. But when he sat under my ministry, the revelation of Christ came to him. It was not my words that revealed Christ, but the Holy Spirit working in his heart.   As witnesses, our role is to present Christ to the world. We are called to share the good news of salvation, but it is ultimately up to God to reveal His Son to those who hear. We are simply vessels used by God to spread His message.   There are countless witnesses for the Lord Jesus, but this number alone cannot reveal Him to the world. Only the Father God can do that. As John 1:33 states, 'I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water said to me, ‘Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.''   It is the Holy Spirit who convicts and convinces people to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. This is why soul winning is not our job. Our job is to preach the gospel, and trust in the Father God to reveal Jesus to those who hear.   In this podcast, we will also explore the importance of the Holy Spirit in the process of witnessing. As Jesus said in John 16:8, 'And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment.' It is the Holy Spirit who works in the hearts of people, convicting them of their need for a Savior and revealing the truth of Christ.   As we conclude, let us remember that our role as witnesses is not to reveal Christ, but to present Him to the world. We are called to share the gospel and trust in God to do the rest. So let us be faithful in our witness and trust in the power of the Holy Spirit to bring about the revelation of Christ to those around us. THE BALANCING ACT : Sharing Your Faith Through Actions and Words.

THE BALANCING ACT : Sharing Your Faith Through Actions and Words.

BIBLE STUDY| MIRACLES OF JESUS SERIES.|THE FOURTH MIRACLE OF JESUS pt.9| THE FEEDING OF 5,000 MEN WITH 5 LOAVES OF BREAD AND 2 FISHES| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

Previously, we understood 13 things about what soul winning meant'. In this podcast, we will explore the shift that has taken place in the church over the years, from being the witness to doing witnessing.

In the early days of Christianity, the first disciples did not do witnessing, they were the witness itself. Their lives were a reflection of Christ and when people saw the way they lived, they were called 'Christianos' which means followers of Christ. It was not their actions or words that made them followers, but their way of life.

However, in recent times, there has been a shift in focus. Many Christians have become more focused on preaching the gospel rather than being the message themselves. While it is important to share the good news, we must not forget that we are called to be the message as well.

The Bible tells us that the Holy Spirit is Jesus in the New Creation and Christ in us is the hope of glory. This means that we have the power of Christ within us, and it is through our lives that the world should see and experience Him.

It is not about amplifying Jesus over the Holy Spirit or getting caught up in unnecessary drama. It is about realizing that the Holy Spirit is the one who empowers us to be the witnesses of Christ. Our focus should be on living out our faith and reflecting Christ's love and light to the world.

When we live as the light of the world and the salt of the earth, we become the gospel message to those around us. The unbelievers may not have time to listen to us, but they will have enough time to look at us. And what they see when they look is what communicates faster and better to them than what they hear. They watch us closely and observe our actions every day. They expect us to be the very embodiment of witnessing, not just someone who does witnessing.

We are called to be the salt and light of the world, to bring flavor and illumination to those around us. Our lives should reflect the love, grace, and power of Christ, drawing others to Him. We are not just called to preach the gospel, but to be living testimonies of it.

Join us in this podcast as we delve deeper into the concept of soul winning and how we can be effective witnesses for Christ through our lives. Remember, we are not just called to do witnessing, but to be the witness itself. UNVEILING JESUS: The Divine Mystery and Our Role"

UNVEILING JESUS: The Divine Mystery and Our Role"

WORD EXPLOSION 2024| DAY2 |THE HOLY SPIRIT, NOT FLESH &BLOOD| with CHIMDI & FUNKE OHAHUNA. John 1: 8 (Phi) In our previous episode, we focused on the example of John the Baptist, who had a private and individual encounter with the Father. This encounter allowed him to witness about the Messiah Jesus on a personal level. We also discussed the concept of the word of God walking and working, and how it is possible to see Jesus but not recognize Him if we lack a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit. This revelation opened our eyes to the importance of connecting with the Holy Spirit in order to live in unity and have the same mindsets as Christ. we will be exploring a powerful truth that is often overlooked in our understanding of Christianity. Peter, one of Jesus' closest disciples, When Jesus asked his disciples who they thought he was, Peter answered, 'You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.' Jesus then tells Peter that this revelation did not come from flesh and blood, but from the Father in heaven. This statement is a powerful reminder that we, as humans, cannot fully comprehend the depths of who Jesus is. This truth is further emphasized in the book of Matthew 16 verse 17, where Jesus says, 'Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven.' This Scripture shows us that even though Peter spent a significant amount of time with Jesus, it was not enough for him to fully understand his identity. It was only through the revelation of the Father that Peter was able to declare that Jesus is the Son of God. This same truth applies to John the Baptist, who also did not receive the revelation of Jesus from flesh and blood. Despite being the one who baptized Jesus and having a close relationship with him, John did not fully understand Jesus' identity until the Holy Spirit revealed it to him. This shows us that even those who were closest to Jesus could not grasp the fullness of who he was through human understanding. As believers, we must understand that it is not our job to reveal Jesus to others. We can point people to him and present his teachings, but it is the Holy Spirit who reveals Jesus to us. As a teacher or minister of the gospel, it is futile to try and reveal Jesus to others through our own efforts. This is because flesh and blood can never fully comprehend the depth and complexity of who Jesus is. In fact, in the same Scripture, we see that the disciples were only able to reveal what flesh and blood had told them. Some thought Jesus was Elijah, some a prophet, and some even thought he was John the Baptist. This is because they were operating on a flesh and blood level, relying on human understanding and perceptions. But the revelation of the Father goes beyond what flesh and blood can comprehend. It is a deep, personal knowledge of Jesus that can only come from the Holy Spirit. This is why Jesus tells Peter that he is blessed, because he received this revelation from the Father. As children of God, we must not rely on flesh and blood to understand Jesus. We must seek the Holy Spirit and allow him to reveal Jesus to us. This is the only way we can truly know and understand the depth of his love, his sacrifice, and his teachings. In conclusion, we must remember that flesh and blood cannot reveal Jesus. It is only through the Holy Spirit that we can truly know him. Let us seek the Father for a deeper revelation of Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us in our understanding. Thank you for tuning in to this episode, and we hope it has helped you to understand this truth better. ECHOES OF EDEN: Intimately Walking with God.

ECHOES OF EDEN: Intimately Walking with God.

WORD EXPLOSION 2024| DAY1 | PERSONAL CONVICTION| with CHIMDI & FUNKE OHAHUNA. Welcome to the premiere episode of WORD EXPLOSION 2024, where we delve deeper into the meaning of John chapter one verse eight. Last year, we explored various translations of this verse in an attempt to gain a better understanding of its significance. Today, we will focus on the phrase 'personal witness to that Light' and its implications. In the Basic American Standard translation, the verse reads, '...he was not himself, the Light.' The International Authorized Version says, '...this man was not the Light.' And the Phillips translation states, '...a personal witness to that Light.' These slight variations in language may seem insignificant, but they actually shed light on the true meaning of this verse. The word that stands out in the Phillips translation is 'personal.' In the King James version, it simply states that John was sent to bear witness. But in the Phillips translation, the word 'personal' is added, emphasizing the intimate and individual nature of this witness. It speaks of a one-on-one relationship, with no third party or intermediary involved. This concept of a personal witness is crucial in understanding the relationship between God and man. From the very beginning, God desired a personal relationship with us. He created us in His image and walked and talked with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. However, after the fall of man, this personal relationship was lost. But God did not give up on us. Throughout history, He has been seeking to restore that intimate connection with us. In the Old Testament, we see this through the use of offerings and sacrifices as a means of communication with God. However, these were not enough to fully restore the personal relationship that God desired. It wasn't until Jesus came to earth and died for our sins that this personal relationship was fully restored. Through His sacrifice, we are able to have a direct and personal relationship with God. We no longer need to go through a third party or rely on offerings and sacrifices to communicate with Him. We have been given the privilege to come before God as His children, with all the rights and privileges that come with that. This is what makes the word 'personal' in this verse so significant. It reminds us of the depth of God's love for us and His desire for a personal and intimate relationship with each and every one of us. It also serves as a reminder that this relationship cannot be taken away from us. It is for our use and enjoyment, and nothing can separate us from the love of God. As we reflect on this verse, let us remember the importance of a personal relationship with God. Let us never take for granted the sacrifice that was made for us to have this personal connection with Him. And let us strive to deepen our personal relationship with Him through prayer, reading His Word, and living out our faith in our daily lives. Thank you for joining us on this journey of exploring the depth and beauty of God's Word. We hope this episode has given you a deeper understanding of John chapter one verse eight and its significance in our relationship with God. IGNORANCE TO INSIGHT: Relearning the Teachings of Christ Jesus.

IGNORANCE TO INSIGHT: Relearning the Teachings of Christ Jesus.

REVIVE US Series| Chimdi Ohahuna| A CALL FOR PERSONAL REVIVAL.

Welcome to yet another 'Revive us' podcast series, where we delve into the world of education and learning beyond the traditional classroom setting. In this episode, we explore the idea that the most educated people in life are not necessarily those who have attended prestigious universities or hold multiple degrees. Instead, we argue that the greatest literates of all are those who possess the ability to continuously learn, unlearn, and relearn.

History has shown us that Christianity played a significant role in the economic boom of America. However, when we look at Africa, the story is quite different. If we are not experiencing the same level of economic success, it means that we have not fully understood the Christianity that was brought to us. This lack of understanding can be attributed to our ignorance in the Christian faiths, as we did not ask the right questions and continue to suffer as a result.

But why do we need to pray for a revival? The answer is simple – we have been getting it wrong before. Revival is not about a new concept or belief, but rather about relearning about Jesus. When we call for a revival, we are essentially asking for a period of reopening our eyes and minds to the teachings of Jesus. As the Bible says, 'the eyes of your understanding being enlightened.' Revival is about gaining a new perspective and understanding of Jesus and His teachings.

What makes a person great is not their location, but their allocation. It is not about where you are in the world, but rather the knowledge and information you possess. You can be in a small village and still have a global impact if you have the right allocation, even in that location. Your greatness is not determined by your surroundings, but by the information you have access to.

There is no success in any particular location; success is within individuals. It is within you. It is only when we relearn the principles of the kingdom of God and Jesus that we can truly achieve success. The reason why the church is not as effective as it could be is that we do not know what Jesus knew, and we do not have the desire to learn. If we choose to understand the teachings of Jesus, the church will be on fire, and we will see a true revival.

Our success and impact in the world are not determined by our education level or location, but by our willingness to gain knowledge and understanding of Jesus and His teachings. Let us strive to be the greatest literates by constantly seeking knowledge and relearning the principles of the kingdom of God. Now, listen to the full teaching.

Winning Souls by Revealing Jesus.

Winning Souls by Revealing Jesus.

BIBLE STUDY| MIRACLES OF JESUS SERIES.|THE FOURTH MIRACLE OF JESUS pt.8 | THE FEEDING OF 5,000 MEN WITH 5 LOAVES OF BREAD AND 2 FISHES| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

Welcome to this week's podcast, where we will be diving deep into the meaning and importance of soul-winning. In today's world, many people have a misconception about what it truly means to win souls. Some see it as a means to gain converts to a particular sect or religion. Others view it as a way to increase the numbers in their denomination. But the truth is, soul-winning is not about revealing a sect, a religion, or a group. It is about revealing Jesus.

Jesus, through his life, himself, and his finished work on Calvary, acquired man for the Father God. He came to reconcile us to God, to bring us back into a right relationship with Him. And soul-winning is the means to reveal this truth to others.

It is essential to understand that Christianity is not a religion. It is not about following a set of rules and regulations. It is about having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. And that is why soul-winning is not about revealing Christianity. It is about revealing Jesus.

When we reveal Jesus to others, we are not just sharing a set of beliefs or doctrines. We are introducing them to a person who has the power to transform their lives. And when Jesus is revealed, souls are won. This is because Jesus himself said, 'And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself' (John 12:32). When Jesus is glorified, the result is that people are drawn to the Father.

That is why soul-winning is not something we do on our own. We are not the ones who win souls. It is Jesus who does the work. We are simply vessels used by Him to reveal Himself to others. And the amazing thing is that when we reveal Jesus, we also get to share in the blessings and benefits of soul-winning.

Brethren, we have been given the task of soul-winning. It is not just a suggestion or an option; it is a command from Jesus himself. In the miracle of feeding the five thousand with five loaves and two fishes, we see not just a provision of food but also a powerful message of salvation and reconciliation.

You see, this miracle was not just about the physical need for food. It was about Jesus reconciling humanity to God. And reconciliation encompasses evangelism, soul-winning, discipleship, and shepherding. It is not just about getting people saved; it is about leading them into a lifelong relationship with Jesus.

As believers, we have the privilege and responsibility to reveal Jesus to those around us. We are called to be His witnesses, to share His love and truth with others. And as we do so, we will see the power of God at work, drawing souls to Himself.

So, my friends, let us not just be content with sharing the gospel, but let us also reveal Jesus in all His glory. Let us allow Him to do the work of winning souls as we partner with Him in this great task. And as we do, we will not only see lives transformed, but we will also experience the joy, blessings, and benefits of revealing Jesus to the world. Now, listen in full to yet another session on the fourth miracles of Jesus.

THERE IS WHAT YOU CANNOT HAVE OF YOURSELF.

THERE IS WHAT YOU CANNOT HAVE OF YOURSELF.

GOSPEL CAMPAIGNS | A CALL FOR PERSONAL REVIVAL| CHIMDI M. OHAHUNA

This podcast focuses on the concept of personal revival, with a particular emphasis on the role of Jesus Christ in our lives. This was an evangelistic teaching recently delivered to the locals on one of our mission field- Elmina, Central region, Ghana and thus translated to Fante.

e The powerful statement in this teaching is that, 'Jesus did not die for you to have a car, have a husband, have a wife and so on.' It captured the attention of all listener and sets the tone for the rest of the teaching session.

The teacher explained that if these material possessions and relationships were the reason for Jesus' sacrifice, then his death would have been in vain. He reminds listeners that before Jesus died, people were already getting married, having children, and building houses. So, if these things were possible without Jesus, what is the true reason for his death?

The answer is simple yet profound – Jesus died for something that we cannot attain on our own. The host emphasizes that having money in our hands can help us acquire material possessions and get married, but it cannot give us the one thing that we truly need – eternal life.

The Bible tells us that the wages of sin is death, and the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ. This is the core message of the podcast – that Jesus came to die for our sins and offer us the gift of eternal life. The host reminds us of the famous verse from John 3:16 – 'For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.'

This podcast episode delves into the idea that as human beings, we cannot save ourselves. We may have everything else in life, but without Jesus, we are still lacking the most crucial aspect of our existence – Eternal life. And this is something that we cannot achieve on our own, no matter how hard we try.

The teacher emphasizes that we all need a savior, and that Savior is Christ Jesus. Through his death and resurrection, he has made it possible for us to have eternal life. This podcast episode encourages listeners to reflect on their own lives and ask themselves, 'What is it that I cannot do for myself? What is it that I cannot have of myself?' The answer is clear – Eternal Life.

In a world where we are constantly bombarded with messages of materialism and the pursuit of happiness through external means, ' THERE IS WHAT YOU CANNOT HAVE OF YOURSELF' serves as a refreshing reminder of what truly matters in life – our relationship with Jesus and the promise of eternal life.

In conclusion, ' THERE IS WHAT YOU CANNOT HAVE OF YOURSELF' is a thought-provoking and insightful Evangelistic teaching that births revival in individuals and reminds us of the true reason for Jesus' death and the ultimate gift that he has given us – the gift of eternal life. It challenges listeners to reflect on their own lives and encourages them to seek personal revival through a deeper connection with Jesus. So, if you are seeking spiritual growth and a renewed perspective on life, this podcast is a must-listen.

THE ESSENCE OF THE GOSPEL: Reigniting the Fire of Practical Faith Inspired by Christ's Ministry.

THE ESSENCE OF THE GOSPEL: Reigniting the Fire of Practical Faith Inspired by Christ's Ministry.

REVIVE US Series| Chimdi Ohahuna| A CALL FOR PERSONAL REVIVAL.

The call for revival is always crucial. While some think the church needs awakening, constant arguments can strip Christian faith of its power. Remember, our faith stems from Jesus' death and resurrection, not debates. Let the spirit reign!

The ministry of Jesus demonstrated the Holy Spirit's power. Excessive argumentation can strip this power from our faith, making it more theoretical, even with underlying theories. The Bible notes Jews seek signs, Greeks seek knowledge, yet Christ embodies both God's wisdom and power, offering a harmonious balance in the gospel. Without this equilibrium, the gospel loses its essence.

We are currently in an era where practical individuals hold more value than mere theorists. While acquiring knowledge is beneficial, its true worth lies in its practical application. It is crucial that the knowledge we possess is not just theoretical but has the potential to lead to tangible outcomes, particularly in saving others. Referencing the story of Apostle Peter walking past the beautiful gate, his response to the man in need emphasizes the importance of offering practical assistance rather than mere material possessions.

The church is getting more educated. There are more educated folks in church, more professors, more doctors, more academic luminaries; praise God. The church is having more money, but, with this money and education, what encounter is the church having with the Lord? Because the effect of our encounter will be seen in our society. If our society is still normal with all our education and our finances, then we are not having an encounter with the LORD.

One person died for the sin of the whole world; Not the sin of his village. Why are we having problems enforcing his finished work? It means that there have been some mental(ity) errors. Christ saved the world and he put Himself in all who believe in Him thus, we are more than able.

The disciples of Jesus and the early Church understood that there was something they had. Peter was very sure of Eternal life within him which was more rewarding and profitable than gold or silver. The question today is, do we even know what we are? Do we even know what we are?

Listen to this episode and let's discover together the need for balancing the theoretical and practical aspects of the Christian faith. FULFILLING THE CALL: Fishers of Men and the Ministry of Reconciliation.

FULFILLING THE CALL: Fishers of Men and the Ministry of Reconciliation.

BIBLE STUDY| MIRACLES OF JESUS SERIES.|THE FOURTH MIRACLE OF JESUS pt.7 | THE FEEDING OF 5,000 MEN WITH 5 LOAVES OF BREAD AND 2 FISHES| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

Mark 6:31-34.

In this episode, the teacher's focus was on the question, Who are fishermen and what does their life and occupation entail?
The work of reconciliation done by fishers of men is for others not for self. WE HAVE BEEN SAVED TO SERVE, serve in the capacity of fishers of Men. Once one is saved, he/ she is to get others saved too. And, this task begins from our Jerusalem - which is our immediate family and then to the uttermost part of the earth.

As fishers of men, saints also have a responsibility to their environment both physically and spiritually. That was why we were left here by God after we got born again and not taken to heaven immediately. Jesus clearly told His disciples and by extension every born again child of God that He has sent us as sheep in the midst of wolves and we are in the world but not of this world.

In every aspect of life, there is a divine responsibility entrusted to each individual by God – the task of cleaning and nourishing the environment. However, this responsibility extends beyond merely physical cleanliness and extends into the realm of spiritual redemption and transformation.

REVIVE US Series| Chimdi Ohahuna| A CALL FOR PERSONAL REVIVAL.

In the latest episode of our podcast journey, we dove deep into a topic that's both personal and powerful: the concept of personal revival. 🔥 Igniting the Flame Within We've all felt it at some point—the sense that there's more to life, a yearning for a deeper connection and purpose.

Cultivating Personal Revival The heart of our discussion was the undeniable truth that national revival starts with us—yes, you and me. DIVINE PRINCIPLES: Exploring Jesus' Kingdom Message.

DIVINE PRINCIPLES: Exploring Jesus' Kingdom Message.

BIBLE STUDY| MIRACLES OF JESUS SERIES.|THE FOURTH MIRACLE OF JESUS pt.5 | THE FEEDING OF 5,000 MEN WITH 5 LOAVES OF BREAD AND 2 FISHES| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

Mark 6:31-34.

Jesus, our great shepherd, and our ultimate example. He taught about the kingdom of God as the first step to spiritual leadership and guidance. His emphasis on this was to help us understand that the kingdom of God is within us, in our hearts. Jesus basically taught the kingdom of God. Learn from this Bible Study session, Why did Jesus teach the kingdom of God? Why was his emphasis on the kingdom of God?

God's ideology is focused on the kingdom, which Jesus emphasized through his teachings. Christ Jesus dedicated three and a half years to teaching his disciples about the kingdom of God. Instead of solely prophesying or laying hands on them, He prioritized education. By imparting this knowledge, Jesus equipped his disciples to spread his message effectively, ultimately leading to a profound impact on the world for Christ.

The icing on this session is that, as a Christian, whether you're an overseer or a servant, you must be apt to teach. In Christian practice, both overseers and servants need to be capable of teaching others. The core of demonstrating compassionate leadership guided by vision lies in providing spiritual guidance through teaching. The primary focus of this teaching should revolve around the Kingdom of God. This teaching is not limited to words but should encompass one's lifestyle and actions, serving as a comprehensive example to others.

We request that you follow this study keenly and do not miss out on any episode in this series. Any questions arising from this study can be submitted to chimdiohahunaministry@gmail.com, check our bio to know how to give your love offerings to the ministry.

THE REVELATION OF CHRIST: Finding True Rejoicing.

THE REVELATION OF CHRIST: Finding True Rejoicing.

BELIEVERS BE ATTITUDES Series| BEATITUDES (10)| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

In Matthew 5:11-12, Jesus proclaims, "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you." These words shed light on the profound connection between revealing Christ on earth and enduring persecution.

It is often through times of persecution that the true essence of our faith is tested and revealed. In the face of hostility, discrimination, or hardship, our commitment to Christ becomes evident. Persecution becomes a litmus test of our faith and a testimony of our dedication to following the teachings of Jesus.

In today's world, the idea of facing persecution for one's faith may seem distant or unlikely for many in the Church. The prevailing culture often emphasizes seeker sensitivity, addressing needs, and pursuing happiness, which can overshadow the true essence of the Gospel message. The inconvenience, discomfort, or even suffering that may come with standing firm in faith is not always well-received in a society that values comfort and convenience above all else.

However, the words of Jesus remind us that persecution, far from being a negative experience, can be a source of true rejoicing for believers. It is in these moments of trial and tribulation that our faith is refined, our commitment is strengthened, and our witness shines brightest. The early Christians understood this truth as they endured persecution with unwavering faith and joy, knowing that their reward in heaven far outweighed any temporary suffering on earth.

As we navigate our faith journey in a world that may not always understand or appreciate our beliefs, let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:11-12. Let us embrace the reality that revealing Christ on earth may come with challenges and opposition, but through it all, we can find true rejoicing in suffering for His sake. May we be encouraged to stand firm in our faith, regardless of the circumstances, knowing that our ultimate reward is secure in Him.

Let us strive to reveal Christ not only in times of comfort and ease but also in the midst of trials and persecution, for it is through our steadfastness and unwavering faith that the world may truly see the transformative power of the Gospel.

TRANSFORMATIVE TEACHING: Jesus' Model for Leading and Guiding the Lost.

TRANSFORMATIVE TEACHING: Jesus' Model for Leading and Guiding the Lost.

BIBLE STUDY| MIRACLES OF JESUS SERIES.|THE FOURTH MIRACLE OF JESUS pt.4 | THE FEEDING OF 5,000 MEN WITH 5 LOAVES OF BREAD AND 2 FISHES| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

Mark 6:31-34

Jesus serves as the complete and ultimate revelation of the character and nature of God the Father. In studying the fourth miracle performed by Jesus, we understand that vision, rooted in a deep understanding of God's will and purpose, leads to a profound sense of compassion in his heart towards those in need. This compassion, in turn, moves Jesus towards taking action and demonstrating visionary leadership that embodies spiritual leadership and guidance.

The interconnectedness of vision, compassion, and visionary leadership highlights the depth and complexity of Jesus' approach to ministry and leadership. Vision, as a clear understanding of God's plan and purposes, provides the foundation for compassionate action and empathetic response to the needs of others. This compassion, fueled by love and empathy, drives Jesus to act in ways that transcend mere human understanding and exhibit divine wisdom and insight.

Furthermore, the concept of visionary leadership emphasizes the transformative and inspirational nature of Jesus' approach to guiding and leading others. His leadership style is not based on mere authority or power but is deeply rooted in spiritual principles, divine wisdom, and a vision for the Kingdom of God. This visionary leadership model serves as a powerful example for the body of Christ, encouraging believers to move beyond mere acts of compassion and into a realm of faith-filled, visionary action that can lead to the supernatural and manifestations of God's power.

Vision helps the leader give the people their real needs hence, a visionary leader knows the right need to be met in the lives of their followers. The message is clear: while compassion is a vital component of Christian life and ministry, it is the combination of vision, compassion, and visionary leadership that paves the way for experiencing the fullness of God, and great miracles in and through the body of Christ.

As the body of Christ, If we stop at the compassion level, we won't get to the point of experiencing great miracles.
By aligning our hearts with God's vision, cultivating deep compassion for others, and stepping out in faith-filled visionary leadership, we can witness the incredible power and transformative presence of God at work in and through our lives and in the world around us.

Following Christ is not just about outwardly declaring oneself as a follower; it is about undergoing a transformative process of being "made" into a new creation in Christ. This process of being made involves a spiritual journey of growth, learning, and development that aligns with the teachings and example of Jesus himself.

The Book of Matthew 4:19 says, " And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." So, if we say we follow Christ and are not being "made", we ain't following right. Jesus calls his disciples to follow him and become fishers of men. This call to discipleship implies a commitment to not only imitating Christ but also being transformed by his teachings, actions, and love. It is through this continuous process of being made that individuals are reshaped, refined, and molded into the likeness of Christ, reflecting his character, values, and purpose in their lives.

Often, quick fixes don't fix the root cause of a problem. Jesus' leadership style, particularly in guiding those who were lost or in need as in this study, exemplified the importance of teaching as a fundamental aspect of leading and guiding others. Teaching serves as a means of not only imparting knowledge but also nurturing understanding, wisdom, and growth in individuals. Hence, Jesus taught then, then healed as many that were sick, and then fed them with the loaves and fishes; changing this order doesn't align with the leadership and guidance operations of God. STANDING FIRM: How Divine Leading Empowers Us to Defend Our Faith Against Adversaries.

SWEET MELODIES | FUNKE OHAHUNA| BIBLE READING| PRAYERS| EXHORTATION Bible verse Emphasis:-  " Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face. "Psalm 5: 8. The term for the word "lead" in Hebrew refers to lead, to guide, transport, bestow, bring, govern, guide, lead (forth), put, and straiten. So, when King David prayed in the morning saying "Lead me, O LORD," he was saying; ~ bestow upon me your righteousness (gift of righteousness), Rom 5:17 "For if, through one man, death ruled because of that man’s offense, how much more will those who receive such overflowing grace and the gift of righteousness rule in life because of one man, Jesus the Messiah!" ~ bring me / transport me in your righteousness as I journey through today by implication he prayed for God to escort and accompany him, ~ govern me in Your righteousness means O LORD let your righteousness serve as a precedent or deciding principle for me always. Let Your righteousness control, direct, and/or strongly influence my actions and conduct always. Let your righteousness preside over me and refrain me from every path contrary to the righteousness of God. ~ guide me in your righteousness means let Your righteousness provide me with guiding information as I carry out my daily activities in the presence of my enemies. ~ put in me your righteousness that is, O LORD press, force, or impose the acceptance of Your righteousness upon me. It shows how desperate and intentional King David was about being led in the righteousness of God daily. He was not ignorant of the desires of the sensual & carnal man, who would know what is right and still choose to do the wrong thing. ‭‭Romans‬ ‭7:15‭-‬25‬ ‭TPT‬‬ [15] I’m a mystery to myself,  for I want to do what is right, but end up doing what my moral instincts condemn. [16] And if my behavior is not in line with my desire, my conscience still confirms the excellence of the law. [17] And now I realize that it is no longer my true self doing it, but the unwelcome intruder of sin in my humanity. [18] For I know that nothing good lives within the flesh of my fallen humanity. The longings to do what is right are within me, but willpower is not enough to accomplish it.   [19] My lofty desires to do what is good are dashed when I do the things I want to avoid. [20] So if my behavior contradicts my desires to do good, I must conclude that it’s not my true identity doing it, but the unwelcome intruder of sin hindering me from being who I really am. [21] Through my experience of this principle, I discovered that even when I want to do good, evil is ready to sabotage me. [22] Truly, deep within my true identity, I love to do what pleases God. [23] But I discern another power operating in my humanity, waging a war against the moral principles of my conscience and bringing me into captivity as a prisoner to the “law” of sin—this unwelcome intruder in my humanity. [24] What an agonizing situation I am in! So who has the power to rescue this miserable man from the unwelcome intruder of sin and death?   [25] I give all my thanks to God, for his mighty power has finally provided a way out through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One! So if left to myself, the flesh is aligned with the law of sin, but now my renewed mind is fixed on and submitted to God’s righteous principles. ~ straiten me in Your righteousness- hem me in (confine me) in Your righteousness. As we become more aware of God's righteousness confining us we become more and more deficient in the practice of the works of the flesh. When we are straitened in & by the righteousness of the LORD we will be delivered from enemies that straiten visions & purposes. The righteousness of the LORD delivers from every interference and limitation to fulfillment of purpose. Discover in this series what is the righteousness of God and the reason why every believer in Christ needs the divine leading of God. Listen to this episode in full now.

THE MIRACLES OF PROVISION AND SALVATION: The Sacred Bond Between Sheep and Shepherd.

THE MIRACLES OF PROVISION AND SALVATION: The Sacred Bond Between Sheep and Shepherd.

BIBLE STUDY| MIRACLES OF JESUS SERIES.|THE FOURTH MIRACLE OF JESUS pt.3 | THE FEEDING OF 5,000 MEN WITH 5 LOAVES OF BREAD AND 2 FISHES| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

Mark 6:31-34
" And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat. And they departed into a desert place by ship privately. And the people saw them departing, and many knew him, and ran afoot thither out of all cities, and outwent them, and came together unto him. And Jesus, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things."

Sheep are most likely unable to last for long without a Shepherd because of their attributes and characteristics. This is why the good shepherd lives and gives his life for the sheep.

Sheep are known for their dependence on shepherds due to their innate characteristics and attributes. These animals are not inherently equipped to survive for extended periods without a shepherd's guidance, protection, and care. Their tendencies to stray, lack of natural defense mechanisms, and need for direction make them highly reliant on a shepherd's presence.

The Book of John 10:11 says, "I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep." The metaphor of the good shepherd giving his life for the sheep signifies sacrificial love and protection. It emphasizes the profound bond between the shepherd and his flock, mirroring the sacrificial nature of Jesus Christ's love for humanity. The image of the good shepherd laying down his life for the sheep underscores the selflessness and dedication required to care for and safeguard the vulnerable.

Ultimately, the concept of the good shepherd's sacrifice reflects the importance of guidance, protection, and selfless love in nurturing and safeguarding those in need. Just as a shepherd provides for and protects his flock, the image of the good shepherd giving his life for the sheep serves as a powerful symbol of compassion, sacrificial love, and the profound connection between the caretaker and the cared-for.

The compassion of Jesus flowed because the death of sheep without shepherds was imminent. This miracle of Jesus is for the world, the sinners to be saved.

The five loaves and the two fishes in this miracle performed by Jesus have deep symbolic meaning. These humble foods are often interpreted as a sign of God's power to nourish and save humanity. The five loaves are a symbol/ mirror of the spiritual food offered by Jesus Christ, who is the bread of life, to save humanity. Likewise, the two fish can symbolize the work of reconciliation and evangelization carried out by Christ's disciples as "fishers of men."

In this account, the loaves and fishes are multiplied by Jesus to feed a hungry crowd, demonstrating his ability to provide abundance to those who believe in him and are saved. This miraculous multiplication also serves as a reminder of the disciples' mission to continue the work of Jesus by sharing the Gospel and leading others to faith.

Listen to this study that reveals, the five loaves and the two fishes illustrate not only the divine power of transformation and provision but also the call to reconciliation and evangelism for all who have received the gift of salvation following the teachings of Jesus. These symbols emphasize the importance of sharing spiritual food and spreading the Good News to build the community of believers and work toward the reconciliation of souls with God.

LOST SOULS, FOUND COMPASSION: Embracing the Call of the True Shepherd.

LOST SOULS, FOUND COMPASSION: Embracing the Call of the True Shepherd.

BIBLE STUDY| MIRACLES OF JESUS SERIES.|THE FOURTH MIRACLE OF JESUS pt.2 | THE FEEDING OF 5,000 MEN WITH 5 LOAVES OF BREAD AND 2 FISHES| CHIMDI OHAHUNA. Mark 6:31-34 " And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat.  And they departed into a desert place by ship privately.  And the people saw them departing, and many knew him, and ran afoot thither out of all cities, and outwent them, and came together unto him. And Jesus, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things." The perspective / view a person has about people around them will determine their level of compassion towards them. Christ  Jesus did not see an impressive crowd when the multitude came to Him, He saw a crowd who were lacking spiritual leadership and guidance. When Jesus described people as "sheep without a shepherd," He was expressing compassion and concern for the crowds who had gathered to hear Him speak. This expression reveals that the people were lost, vulnerable, and in need of guidance and care; because sheep need a shepherd to lead and protect them. So, Christ Jesus spoke of the spiritual guidance and leadership that the people were lacking. The crowd sought a loving and wise figure to provide direction and comfort to their lives. The scripture also reveals Jesus as the Good Shepherd who offers guidance, protection, and salvation to all who follow Him (Psalms 23, John 10:11). This study emphasizes the important connection between our perspective as believers, our hearts, and our ability to show compassion. We understand that, the way we see others directly influences our attitudes and feelings toward them. As believers in Christ, If we view people through a lens of judgment, negativity, or prejudice, our hearts may become closed off and lacking in compassion. However, if we strive to see others as God sees them, with understanding, love, and forgiveness, our hearts will be filled with compassion. Furthermore, this Bible Study brings to light the need to align our vision with God's perspective as it is key to developing true compassion. When we see others through the eyes of God, we begin to see their value, worth, and inherent dignity as God's creation and not trees that can be felled. This shift in perspective allows us to understand and empathize with others, leading to genuine compassion that flows from the heart. Listen to this study that conveys that by adopting God's perspective in our interactions with others, compassion becomes a natural and inevitable outcome of our regenerated & renewed vision. Discover the True Joy of Authentic Faith: Avoiding Cosmetic Christianity:

Discover the True Joy of Authentic Faith: Avoiding Cosmetic Christianity:

BELIEVERS BE ATTITUDES Series| BEATITUDES (9)| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

Are you tired of living a superficial, cosmetic Christianity? Do you yearn for a deeper, more fulfilling relationship with Christ? If so, then it's time to shake off the façade and embrace the true essence of what it means to be a follower of Christ. In the Book of Matthew, Jesus Himself gave us the blueprint for living a joyful and authentic Christian life – the Beatitudes.

Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Matthew 5: 11-12.

In a world that often values superficial appearances, it is easy for us to fall into the trap of cosmetic Christianity - a faith that only looks good on the outside, but lacks true depth and substance.

The Beatitudes, as mentioned in Matthew chapter 5, are a set of teachings given by Jesus that serve as a blueprint for living a blessed life. The gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit, as well as, the beatitudes, each happen to be nine (9) in number . They all exemplify the essence of a fruitful and vibrant faith.

These nine blessings, often referred to as the Beatitudes, serve as a guide for believers in navigating the challenges and trials of this world. They are not mere suggestions or optional extras; they are the very heart of what it means to be a genuine follower of Christ. Just as the number nine symbolizes fruitfulness, the Beatitudes are designed to produce a fruitful and abundant life in Christ.

If we neglect to embrace the beatitudes, gifts, and fruits of the Spirit, we risk living a life that merely imitates the ways of the world. As believers in Christ, we are called to stand apart and to live in a way that reflects His teachings and character. This means that we are also called to share in His sufferings.

Cosmetic Christianity, on the other hand, attempts to shield believers from the blessedness of suffering for Christ's sake. When we boldly stand for our faith, we will inevitably face opposition and ridicule. People may seek to shame us, annoy us, speak ill of us, and even cause us physical and mental hardships. Yet, it is precisely in these moments that we are called to rejoice.

Embracing the beatitudes means embracing the reality of our faith. It means recognizing that our journey as followers of Christ will not always be easy, but it will always be worth it. As we endure hardships and face opposition, we can find comfort and strength in knowing that the prophets who came before us also faced persecution for their faith. Just as they were blessed, so too shall we be blessed when we stand firm in our convictions.

Rather than seeking to avoid suffering, we should rejoice in the opportunity to share in Christ's sufferings. It is through these trials that our faith is refined and strengthened. It is through these moments of opposition that we have the opportunity to truly showcase the joy and peace that comes from knowing and following Christ.

Let us never settle for cosmetic Christianity - a faith that merely looks good on the surface but lacks genuine depth. Instead, let us strive to embrace the beatitudes, gifts, and fruits of the Spirit in every aspect of our lives. Let us rejoice in the face of adversity and find solace in knowing that our reward in heaven is great.

As we stand firm in our faith, may we continually seek to reflect the character of Christ in all that we do. May our joy and authenticity inspire those around us to also seek a genuine and transformative relationship with Him.

In conclusion, let us avoid the temptation of cosmetic Christianity and instead choose to embrace the blessedness of suffering with and for Christ. Stay strong, dear believers, may we find joy in our trials, and rejoice always in the joy of authentic faith.

DISCOVERING THE HIDDEN BLESSINGS IN PERSECUTION: A Profound Insight into Righteous Suffering.

DISCOVERING THE HIDDEN BLESSINGS IN PERSECUTION: A Profound Insight into Righteous Suffering.

BELIEVERS BE ATTITUDES Series| BEATITUDES (8)| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

"Matthew 5:10 says, 'Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven'. As previously established, the Beatitudes bring us the realization that we are blessed and via the manifestations, serve as a testament to the world that, as disciples of Christ, we are truly blessed.

The Beatitudes are not mere suggestions for our consideration or a choice to make, but rather, they encompass the attitudes and actions that we must embrace, as followers of Christ.

This verse helps us understand that, whenever we are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, it means that we are facing opposition due to our pursuit of a righteous and upright life before God. Often, such persecution puts us in difficult situations, where we may feel compelled to flee or escape. Jesus speaking in the Book of Matthew 10 verse 23a says, "But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another:"

However, it is essential to discern when fleeing is necessary in these circumstances. Sometimes, wisdom and discernment may lead us to choose flight, realizing that preserving our well-being and continuing our righteous journey may require taking a step back. It is crucial to remember that, in doing so, we are not forsaking our faith or compromising our convictions. Rather, we are making a wise decision to protect ourselves and continue our pursuit of righteousness.

Furthermore, Jesus speaking in the Book of Luke 21 verses 17 -21 says, "And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake. But there shall not an hair of your head perish. In your patience possess ye your souls. And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto."

By facing persecution for righteousness sake and choosing how to respond, we demonstrate our commitment to God's ways and display perseverance in the face of adversity. Ultimately, as promised in the Scriptures, the kingdom of heaven belongs to disciples who endure and remain faithful during times of persecution for the sake of righteousness."

Therefore, we can emphasize the profound meaning and significance of persecution for righteousness sake as proof that one is already experiencing the blessings of the Kingdom of God. When we face persecution due to our commitment to righteousness, this very persecution becomes a testament that we are already partakers of the Kingdom of God.

Persecution serves as a confirmation that we are standing firmly in alignment with God's principles and living out His righteousness. It signifies that we are on the right path and have become a living testimony of our faith. Instead of viewing persecution solely as a burden or a source of pain, we can choose to perceive it as a divine validation of our spiritual journey.

Being at peace and experiencing joy amid persecution may seem contradictory, but it is indeed possible. When we endure persecution for righteousness sake, we can find solace and contentment, recognizing that we are privileged to partake in the blessings of the Kingdom of God. In this light, persecution loses its power to discourage or dishearten us. Instead, it becomes a source of encouragement, reminding us of our true citizenship in the Kingdom and our unwavering commitment to God.

Therefore, let us embrace the mindset that persecution for righteousness' sake is not a sign of defeat or exclusion, but rather a confirmation that we are already living in the spiritual realm where peace and joy abound. As we endure and overcome the persecution, we can stand firm in our faith in Christ, having the assurance and strong conviction that we are already experiencing the blessings and rewards of the Kingdom of God.

THE COMPASSION BLUEPRINT: Secret to Great Miracles.

THE COMPASSION BLUEPRINT: Secret to Great Miracles.

BIBLE STUDY| MIRACLES OF JESUS SERIES.|THE FOURTH MIRACLE OF JESUS pt.1 | THE FEEDING OF 5,000 MEN WITH 5 LOAVES OF BREAD AND 2 FISHES| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

In the book of John 6, we witness the fourth miracle performed by Jesus Christ, and compassion is highlighted as the foundation underlying this miracle. This account emphasizes the significance of compassion in the body of Christ and how it is the bedrock for every genuine miracle.

Compassion can be defined as being moved by the seat or bowel of love and pity. It is a deep sense of empathy and concern for others, driven by a genuine desire to alleviate their suffering. When we experience compassion, it is not merely a sentiment or feeling. It is an active force that compels us to act in love and extend our mercy towards others.

The Bible portrays compassion as a result of the Holy Spirit working through our human spirit. It is through this synergy that we are moved to action, prompted to show love and pity towards those in need. Compassion demonstrates the embodiment of God's love, reflecting His nature and character.

Furthermore, compassion plays a fundamental role in the miracles performed by Jesus Christ during His ministry. These miracles were not simply supernatural acts of power but rather acts rooted in deep compassion for those who were suffering physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Jesus' love and pity for people in distress fueled His miraculous interventions, bringing about transformation and healing.

Compassion, therefore, becomes the essential ingredient for the manifestation of genuine miracles within the body of Christ. It is by being moved by the seat of love and pity, through the leading of the Holy Spirit, that believers are empowered to demonstrate God's compassion and perform acts of love and kindness. Miracles that are birthed in compassion have the potential to touch lives, restore hope, and bring glory to God.

In conclusion, the book of John 6 highlights the foundational role of compassion in the miracles performed by Jesus Christ. Compassion, rooted in love and pity, is nurtured by the Holy Spirit working through our human spirit. It is through compassion that believers are mobilized to act in love, extend mercy, and demonstrate the power of God. May compassion continue to be the driving force behind our actions as we strive to emulate the example set by Jesus Christ himself.

 PEACE AS A DIVINE CALLING.

PEACE AS A DIVINE CALLING.

BELIEVERS BE ATTITUDES Series| BEATITUDES (7)| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

Bible Text: Matthew 5
1 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:
2 And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Peacemakers are individuals who possess the unique ability to foster peace in their surroundings, even if they may not always be perceived as peaceful. What sets them apart is their sweet communion with the Holy Spirit, having a deep fellowship with God thereby drawing upon the inherent deposit of peace that rests within them from God. They manifest this inner peace and are also empowered to translate God's peace without by way of reconciliation.

Being a peacemaker goes beyond maintaining personal tranquility; it involves actively mediating conflicts and diffusing tensions to create harmony. While this may seem challenging, because of the Holy Spirit living within the believer and via His direction, believers in Christ possess the wisdom and grace to navigate through conflicting situations with empathy and understanding.

Our Lord Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace, he gives peace not the way the world gives peace (Isa 9:6). Jesus speaking in the Book of John 14 verse 27 says, "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

Peacemakers exude an aura of peace. They carry the profound tranquility within them, and it radiates through their actions, words, and demeanor. They act as beacons of hope, reminding others of the possibility and necessity of peace. Through their example, they inspire others to embrace and value peaceful resolutions.

Moreover, peacemakers are profoundly connected to the essence of love and have a deep appreciation for the transformative power it holds. Love is the underlying force that propels their dedication to developing peaceful environments. They understand that true peace can only exist where love thrives.

In essence, peacemakers are individuals who possess an innate ability to pacify, restore balance, and promote peaceful coexistence. Their embodiment of peace stems from their intimate connection with the divine deposit of peace within them, which allows them to bring about positive change in the world around them. They are agents of transformation, spreading the message of peace and inspiring others to embrace a harmonious way of life. In this is the blessedness of how we are children of God as peacemakers.

Here are some key points in this episode on the Beatitudes given by Christ:

1. Peacemakers have the unique ability to foster peace in their surroundings.
2. They may not always be perceived as peaceful, but what sets them apart is their deep connection to God.
3. They draw upon the inherent deposit of peace from Christ that rests within them in the person of the Holy Spirit.
4. Peacemakers manifest their inner peace, Christ Jesus, the Prince of Peace.
5. Being a peacemaker extends beyond personal tranquility.

I STAND

I STAND

SWEET MELODIES | FUNKE OHAHUNA| BIBLE READING| PRAYERS| EXHORTATION Psalm 16:8 I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. To set the LORD always before me is; # to agree with the will of God, # be conscious of the nature of God in you # become more like God daily, # Come up to the level of God, # To resemble God in every sense/ area. Beloved, we are in times that only agree with the will of God, being conscious of the nature of God in us, yearning to become more like Christ daily, growing in our relationship and fellowship with God, and making all efforts to resemble God in every sense will aid us to stand the various deceptions and evil fashioned against to growth, edification & build-up of the body of Christ. Like the Psalmist David, who made it his responsibility to ALWAYS set the LORD before him and was never on the losing side in any battle; every believer in Christ must do the same in order to manifest as more than conquerors. Jesus has overcome this world, the Scripture says,  "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."John 16:33 Being conscious of the nature of God in us, - 1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. Come up to the level of God, become more like God daily 1 John 2:14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one. Always speaks of continuity, perpetuity, constantly, and regular (daily) sacrifice. Hence, the responsibility of setting the LORD always before us is not a joke. Eph 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. BIBLE STUDY| MIRACLES OF JESUS SERIES.|THE THIRD MIRACLE OF JESUS pt.9 | THE BACKGROUND OF THE POOL OF BETHESDA| CHIMDI OHAHUNA. The third miracle done by Jesus as recorded by the gospel of John is the healing of the man who was sick for 38 years at the pool of Bethesda. This was recorded in the Book of John 5:1-9. The location of the miracle was - a pool by the sheep market, in the Hebrew tongue known as Bethesda. Bethesda had five porches at Jerusalem. There is no careless or reckless information in the Bible, every information is vital and purposeful. Hence, we will begin this study by examining the following locations identified in the third miracle of Jesus, namely; 1. The pool of Bethesda 2. The sheep market 3. Five porches at the pool Previously, we understood that this miracle of Jesus at the pool of Bethesda also teaches us that when we are face to face with the mercy of God, Actions replace Thoughts of Self-pity (mental strongholds expressed in words).  When you are face to face with the mercy of God, He (the mercy of God) IS THE MAN WE ALWAYS NEEDED TO HELP US, as a result, excuses are useless to Christ. In this session of Bible Study, you will discover at least six characteristics of this sick man at the pool of Bethesda that describe the way mankind (both saved & unsaved) relates with God and handles miracles received via the Mercy of God. We request that you follow this study keenly and do not miss out on any episode in this series. MILD DISPOSITION.

MILD DISPOSITION.

BELIEVERS BE ATTITUDES Series| BEATITUDES (3)| CHIMDI OHAHUNA.

The first "be attitude" of the believer is to need God very much as a child of God. Never have enough of Christ. The second "be attitude" (Beatitude) reveals how we enjoy comfort via the person of the Holy Spirit. And, this episode enlightens us on how Meekness helps us in times of emotional highs to not curse God or hurt others. Meekness speaks/reveals the believer's absolute faith in God.

Listen to this episode as a family and learn great lessons from the first Beatitude taught by our Lord Jesus Christ.
