Whether you know it or not, your school has its own ecosystem. The way you run your classes, how you schedule your events, how the school looks, smells, sounds. Everything about your school is attributed to its ecosystem. The environment of your school, how a new client feels when they are on the phone with your staff, what they see when they come in for the first time. While this is likely not something you set up purposefully, it is something you can change with purpose.
