#67: How Safe is your Fitness Goal?
Most fitness goals are structured around how much muscle you want to build or how much body fat you want to lose. Sometimes it might be a cardiovascular goal, like how many calories you want to burn or how much weight you want to lose. But how “safe“ is your fitness goal?

#51: Positivity! How to…
We've all heard that it's important to be positive. But what does this mean? A better question: how do you do it? We don't wanna be running around all day faking it. So how do we consistently look at the world in a positive way they after day? In this episode, I talk about one important question that I often ask myself: what else could this mean? If somebody pulls in front of you in traffic, and you immediately get upset, when you ask yourself what else could this mean? Then your brain comes up with all kinds of answers that could give this other person the benefit of the doubt. I hope you enjoy this episode. #47: Analysis Paralysis - GO!!
What I found is that most decisions, even really big decisions, don't require that much thinking. Once you decide to do it, just do it. It's hard to know whether or not something is a good idea unless we've actually tried it. The hesitancy to just go for our goals comes from the fear of being embarrassed or seemingly failing. There's no such thing as failure unless we quit. I hope you enjoy the episode. Chris Janke-Bueno is a personal trainer and owner of My Core Balance personal training studio in San Jose, California. #42: It Takes Tenacity!!!
Recording the segment almost brought me to tears, as I recalled the effort and struggle over the last 12 years of building up a business. In 2008, I closed the doors of my first business Functional Strength Training. I went through three years where I was training one client in his living room. Then, 2011 I started up my current business, My Core Balance. Now I'm far from my end goal, but getting this far took faith and perseverance: tenacity. When you are endeavoring to achieve any goal, you will most likely want to quit multiple times. That is normal. Keep going anyway. #39: Everyone is Your Client
In this highly interconnected world of social media, how do you differentiate between who your client is and who a prospect is? Of course there are stages such as prospect and client, but I have found that it helps to think of everybody as a client. When you think of everyone as a client, you have no issues with helping everyone. You give generously, and people feel your sincerity and warmth, even if they are your client that is consuming your free products. For business success, I strongly recommend treating everybody as if they were a paying customer. Because someday they might be, might as well get used to treating them that way now, and they will also get used to being treated that way by you which will make the transition to becoming a paying customer easier. #23: Ask for what you want
The best way to get the life that you want is to… Ask for it. Whether you are in sales, or you have a goal to go to a certain restaurant for dinner, the best way to get what you want is to ask for it. I know, I know, easier said than done. But with attention and practice, we can make the leap into being unafraid I asking. What if every time you ask for something, someone said yes? Obviously, you would ask more often because you know you're going to get a yes. So, it's the NO that scares us. Once we get beyond the yes or no dictating our self-worth then we can ask without our self-esteem being tied to the answer. Good luck! Chris Jenkee Bueno is a motivational speaker, author, business owner, and fitness trainer. He spends his days trying to live his best life, and motivating others to do the same. It's not complicated, it just takes daily discipline and a willingness to stretch your comfort zone. #Motivational #Self-esteem #Confidence #SelfLove

We've all encountered a situation where somebody has done something to us, or we've done something to ourselves, that upsets us. Now that is in the past, and how are you going to move forward from that? Forgiveness is such a powerful action. It's so important that we practice the art of forgiveness to live a successful life. We will have plenty of chances to practice this throughout the course of our entire life. Ultimately, the person who is freed from emotional turmoil by forgiving is The forgiver. #13: Organizing your Life
If your life seems chaotic and disorganized, where do you start with putting the pieces together? I've developed this simple system for myself, and it has worked very well. #12: Do Your Best
It's so important that we all do our best in everything we do. At first, our best will not be that good. That's OK, we are just learning a new skill.
