In this podcast, Chris Russell, reads another of his essays. This one in only two takes. It is a different than usual take on what makes a good relationship. Also, note that because it is both read and edited at the same time, I encourage you to look past the errors and rereads and unusual additions in the reading found in spontaneous additions as commentary to what is being read. This is a fun, and unique podcast that will teach you about what really does make a good relationship.

This is an audio presentation of a book written by Chris Russell about his struggles with being alone. In it Chris explores his history of loss, rejection, failure and broken connections. Then there is a brief discussion about the difference between being alone, and feeling lonely. Followed by another look at a potential anarchist community, and an admonition to be all you can be by being love, and letting go of fear.
In these sections of the digital book, Notes From a Madman, we have a look at how to implement the anarchist community. Next a brief, concise exploration of anarchy in practice is explored. Finally, through a short dialogue on money we go into another presentation of a working anarchist community.
First we discuss the connection between money and happiness. Using a thought experiment, we look at how happiness and money are connected. Then the need for sex, celibacy and the pursuit of unity is discussed, and healthy and unhealthy aspects of sexual abstinence is explored. Finally, the first full description of an alternative, autonomous, anarchist community is presented in some detail.
In these sections i discuss pain in some detail, then bring technology and consciousness together in an exploration of mad media and how it is controlling both thought and feeling in people and society. Finally, i talk about what it men's to be in the work but not of the world in modem cities.
In these sections I discuss the evolution of language and how texting technology is changing our use of language. Also love is expressed again, then the psychic realm is explained. The psyche is acknowledged and then a deeper understanding of this real and accessible realm is discussed.
Sections 10-12. In these sections I explore love again and introduce feelings into the equations. I then discuss the law of attraction, and have a look at a fictional AI novel I'm writing, discussing consciousness, and personality.
This seminal philosophical look at the modern word begins here. We begin with a look at "good" and "bad", and how personal perception shapes our experiences in both the good and bad. In section II, we discuss power and discover "personal power". Then in section III the individual self is criticized, and the collective, or social is discussed and presented as an evolutionary growth for humanity.
