Can We Talk About This?
By Chriselda
This little corner of the podcast world is a fun and lighthearted conversation among friends (and occasional experts) about anything and everything. This podcast was created for the sole purpose to open discussion and dialogue about the random things in your daily thoughts. I want to talk about it all.... so.... can we talk about this?

Botox and Fillers - Nurse Chanel
We understand that life is beautiful and we are, of course, super thankful every day that we get to be alive.
We just want to look good!!
This episode is for those that are interested in botox and fillers or a specialized skin care treatment. Chanel discusses the importance of getting ahead of the game when it comes to wrinkles as well as what to look for when you are deciding on a cosmetic injector.

National Single Parents Day!!!
I want to talk about single parenting at the stigma that I feel is outdated.
I remember finding out I was pregnant (and single) and flipped out! This episode is for the mom or dad out there that suddenly finds themselves in this "situation" and might need a little encouragement. Whether you've been doing this for ten minutes of 14 years... you are valued, celebrated and downright amazing!
I hope that you understand just how awesome it is to be a parent... a single parent... and/or the child of a single parent.
Even if you come from the "traditional" family setting, I hope you give this episode a listen.
You can always send me comments, topics, suggestions, etc

Now, Nicole is on a mission to educate, empower and encourage pregnant women to feel confident in their birth plans... before you push!
We sit down to share her story and some insight on the real questions we should be asking our healthcare professionals as we go in to labor an delivery. She wants to raise awareness about the risks involved - even in this current age of modern medicine.

New Year Resolutions: No Thanks
On this episode I am joined by Maggie Morrison a mindset and mental health coach. We talk about how we met in Paris and had an instant connection but also discuss the importance of finding your tribe. I've always been fascinated by the idea of setting New Year Resolutions and brought Maggie on to talk about it; specifically why I don't make them.

Episode #2
Special guest, my offspring. He's a teenager so it's best not to expect a riveting conversation this time around. But he is the most important thing in my life so it seemed natural to have him as my first guest.
Laken is 13 and my teammate. We have a very laid back approach to coexisting. We spend most of our time together from work to homeschool to travel.... this episode is just a little snippet of our life.
We also talk about holidays and people who complain about being around their family.
I hope you enjoy!
