I Wish I Didn't Have to Talk About This
Emotional eating is probably the number 1 behavior that needs addressed. This means understanding why we emotional eating but also learning how to redirect that internal desire towards something else. There is a technique for this that I wish I didn’t have to talk about. Not because people do it too much and need to stop but because people don’t do it and they need to. The solution in this podcast is one of the most effective methods but it is also one of the least often used. It is the least often used because it is painful. Essential Tips to Prevent Weight Regaining
Weight regain is a VERY real possabilyt for most people who have a lot of weight to lose. The fact of the matter is that if you don’t come up with a plan to prevent it from happening it probably will. Losing all of the extra weight and “hoping for the best” is not a good idea. Let's Take Out The Trash

Coping With My Emotions While Losing Weight
