In this week's episode I share from a very well-known bible story in John Chapter 5. Jesus comes across a paralyzed man, and it reminded me of how so many of us are not only paralyzed in our mind, but in our spirit. Many of us are stuck in a limited mindset and therefore we are not doing what God has called us to do. Many of us are choosing to be comfortable rather than stepping out in faith. Is that you? On this Monday Mindset I want you to you to decide ahead of time that this week will be a good week. Everyday we get to decide what kind of day we are going to have. I want you to just decide that something good is going to happen. I want you to be expecting the goodness of God to surround you. God works when there is a level of expectation and it is up to you to live a life expecting the goodness of God!

In this week's episode I continue the topic about getting free in your heart from bitterness, anger and resentment. It is a daily decision to have a heart check and to have a clear heart. The posture of our heart matters. We all go through disappointments, but we choose what we will focus on. Let's choose to clear our heart so we can be free and live the abundant life God promised us!

As we are heading into the holiday season and ending this year, I want to share with you some practical tips on guarding your heart and letting go of unforgiveness, bitterness and resentment. I held on to all that baggage for way too long and I want to help you release it so you can receive all that God has for you!

Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. I want to be so convinced that God is at work even when you don't see anything happening. In this week's episode, it is such a perfect time to reflect on where I was over four years ago. I was about to be married and life was about to change. As I reflect back on how far I have come on my journey I can only give all the credit to God. I am who I am today because I have put in the hard work to truly transform my life! In this week's podcast I share what it means to really follow the prompting of the holy spirit. You know when you have that deep inner feeling that you supposed to reach out to someone or do something for someone...well it is there for a reason. We all have the choice of whether or not we will trust it and obey and follow what we are being called to do. A lot of us will ignore it, but in this episode, I share how I actually followed through and allowed God to lead me to bless some ladies in my life. God wants to use us in our everyday life, but will we allow ourselves to be used or just continue doing our own thing.

In this week's episode I want you to stand on the word of God and believe in his promises. We are all waiting on God to come through on a promise. As we wait, I want you to pray, team up with someone and then believe that God is going to come through. God cares about every detail of your life and every prayer matters to him. I share from my heart as I am believing for God to touch the heart of one of my loved ones. God is willing and while you wait it is so encouraging when you hear how God is truly moving in the lives of others. If God did it for them then he will surely, do it for you!

In this week's Monday Mindset, I talk about how powerful our thoughts are and how we have to capture the negative thoughts, so we can lead our life in direction that we want. We all have been there where we allow our mind to just wander and to think on thoughts full of fear and anxiety. God doesn't want us to live our life in that way. We must master our mind and our thoughts. We do so by aligning our thoughts based on the word of God. This week I challenge to capture those thoughts when you feel they are roaming all of over the place.

In this week's Monday Mindset, I want to remind you what God's word tells us in John 10:10. We are meant to live an abundant life. We are not meant to live a get by life, but a life full of joy, peace, love, victory, resources and much more! I want you to shift your mindset and think in overflow so you can be a blessing to others!

In this week's episode I encourage you to silence the doubt. We all have times where we will doubt ourselves and doubt if God will come through. If you take the time to step back from your feelings and examine what's in your heart and what you really believe, then the doubt will not overtake you. Let's believe for a greater faith and trust God.

In this week's podcast I encourage you to have the mindset to serve others. The secret to living a life full of more joy and happiness is when we serve others. I want you to think of how you can serve other people this week. We are meant to serve one another. You have gifts and talents that can benefit others. We are blessed to be a blessing to others!!

In this week's episode I want you to have a shift in your mind and expect the FAVOR of God in your life! God wants to be good to you my friend and one of his benefits is favor. I want you to get into the habit and declare favor every single day and watch how God will show up! You are made to benefit from favor of God!

In this episode I share how showing up as your true authentic self has so much to do with whether or not you really love and like who you are. Learning to embrace how God has made you to be will affect how you show up. We spend the most time with ourselves and learning to embrace all of who we are will only lead to true freedom. Freedom comes when we can be ourselves no matter if others understand us or not. It's time to celebrate you!!

In this week's Monday Mindset, I want you to believe in you. There are so many times we rely on the opinion of others to do what God is calling us to do! My friends when God speaks to you, I want you to trust and believe that you have heard from him. You are qualified and when you walk in faith it will require you to take action. I want you to take action this week in your goals and dreams!!

In this week's episode I am sharing with you three things that will steal your joy. I believe joy is our strength, but when we allow joy stealers to take over then it will hinder our everyday life. I want you to live a life of full of joy and know that God wants that for you too!

In this week's Monday Mindset I want you to believe that greater is coming for you! Many of you are waiting on a breakthrough and I want you to increase your faith and know that God is at work on your behalf. I want you to believe that God has more in store for you and it is on its way. And where you are today is just a season. Let's believe for greater!
