2. Be creative. Flexibility is going to be the key moving forward. It has to work for your hotel, but it has to work for your client as well—contract terms, virtual access, room sets, etc. Work for the win-win!

3. Be compassionate. Crucial in today's world, remember the "Golden Rule." Use your curiosity to have and show awareness of what your customer is going through, personally and professionally. Patience - we all have our training wheels back on!

These tips apply to BOTH sides of the negotiation table!
