When you need confirmation, do you ask God for a sign - a confirmation - that shows you chose the path correctly? God will not be put in a corner to answer our demands. He expects obedience when He issues the call. But God is also gracious to show a fearful child that they heard correctly. That's a sign, not a demand.
When I need something, it's important to know who to go to for the answer. How many times have I taken advice from someone unqualified? Or relied on someone for emotional support when it wasn't there. Is God our answer?
