Today I am going to talk about probably the one thing that can piss off more teammates faster than having a know-it-all on the shop floor, and that's improper delegation. This is one of the few things that can build or break any organization fast. I have seen it in the military on a training ex where a micromanaging leader has pushed his team to a point where no one cared if we met our timings or achieved any of our goals while on the training exercise. 

Todays episode I will be talking about pro's and con's to growing your company with cash only. This is something that every owner will need to address at some point in there business. For some of us it is sooner rather then later. 

In today's episode, we will run through how I adapted and reacted to 2020. So hopefully you can apply what I learned to your life and business for success.

- If you not the best guy on the team you need to keep working to get there.

- The sooner you can realize if you are an underdog or not, the better off you are. This will allow you to see skills that you need to work on and the skills you have yet to even comprehend.

- No matter what make yourself as valuable as possible to your team.

- LEARN THE GROUNDWORK,

- Borden your skill set no matter the profession

- Look for activities that can create opportunities.

o Especially if they come naturally

- Chase your goals until you mentally and physically can no longer do it.

- Always have a good work ethic no matter the task or job. Pay attention to detail.

- Have a mentor who you want to make proud

- Do not accept the way things are, always strive to be better.

-  Always work to benefit yourself and your family.

- Life is extremely magnified, don’t become complacent

- Reflect on situations and make sure you do everything possible in those moments to benefit your team and yourself. If you can look back and see that you could have done better make sure you do so if and when that situation comes up again.

- The world plays favourites, and it is your job to become one and not bitch about people who have made it.

- When you get comfortable you will lose focus

- Use past careers as a launching platform when possible.
