Course Magic: Online Courses That Educate and Transform

In today’s episode I’m going to talk about the course that you SHOULD be creating. Now I’m not fond of the word “should” and it’s not cut in stone, but most coure creators actually spend a lot of time thinking about the course they “should” be creating, but usually, they’re being directed by external voices and not themselves. It can be confusing because I talk heavily about creating your course with the student being the guide. This is true, after you’ve identified what you believe is your greatest gift, at this point in time, and then it makes it easier to identify what your student or client needs. But how do you do that?

Learning modalities, often referred to as learning styles, are approaches to learning that attend to individual preferences and unique cognitive processes.

if you are not inclusive and don’t make your course accessible to all learners, they will abandon your course and your program altogether and will not get the intended result or transformation.

Teaching modalities, on the other hand, refers to how teachers deliver content in order to meet the various needs of students

This is important to you, as a course creator because you are the teacher, you are delivering the instruction.
