Pride month is upon us and what better way to celebrate than to educate ourselves on the importance of LGBTQ+ inclusion and empowerment in 4-H! Mayyadah Zagelow, co-founder of the Washington 4-H Teen Equity and Inclusion Task Force discusses the process of creating a grassroots movement, educating others on how to be supportive of the LGBTQ+ community and experience participating in the True Leaders in Equity Institute.
