The same goes for other types of distractions, and stuff that pulls us into multitude of directions - fighting for our attention.
That is why I created "The Not So Quiet Place - Mindfulness For Real" because well mindfulness needs to happen within your real life
to be truly effective, not set somewhere aside until there are no longer any distractions. Because, let's be real, who lives in a perfect
bubble like that? I know I don't!
