10/365: How We Produced a Festival & Kept it Alive in 2020
In this episode, we talk about our Yadaloo Music & Arts Festival we launched in 2019 and the journey throughout 2020 to keep it alive virtually.  We discuss how we came up with the idea and the way the community came together to make this event happen. In January of 2020, we won Best New Festival in Arkansas. After COVID hit, we had to pivot and re-imagine our event for September 2020.
