In this episode, I had Brady aka Grhyme back on the podcast making it his third appearance! I like having Brady on for deep conversations and that is EXACTLY what happened. I make a big life announcement, Brady expands on the concept of a Rogue Wave, and we talk about how we are tackling identity issues in our mid-twenties. Yes, it is a longer episode but has an exponential amount of value. 

In this episode, I focus more on human emotions and the impact the music industry has had on me. I explain an experience I had recently with an artist who I had a real connection with and they taught me that I need to be my true authentic self. These are my takeaways from that experience, the emotional toll this person had on me, and how I am going to carry myself moving forward.

I talk about keeping this podcast more unfiltered and honest, the life on tour and how it affects you on a human level, and the sacrifices it takes to be a full-time entrepreneur.

TAYLOR GANGGGGG...On this episode I had the pleasure of speaking with DJ Bonics. Some people know him as the official touring DJ for Wiz Khalifa and others know him from being a radio personality on Go 95.3FM. We spoke on his experience as a long-term Dj for Wiz, touched on why he always is running a charity event, and the importance of the impact you can have on the culture when given a proper platform. Bonics was the most humble and genuine guest I have EVER had on and his selfless stories made this episode one of my all time favorites. 

This week features two of my best friends that I've known for more than half of my life, Andy and Mason. They both work in Computer Science but do extremely different things. Andy works for Boston Scientific working to get his Ph.D in Computer Science undergoing research studies and helps develop programming for his professors. Mason has his Bachelors in Computer Science, he has worked for Bose, Starkey Technologies, and Silicon Labs doing embedded coding developing some of the worlds most sought after technology. We talked about our childhood, got a little into politics, and what their point of view is working in one of the largest industries in the world! 

This episodes features a very talented vocalist named Amanda Yang. When she uploaded her first YouTube video in 2011 all Amanda Yang wanted was to connect with others. Now with over 32,000 YouTube subscribers following her original music and acoustic covers, the self taught, Indie-Pop and R&B inspired singer-songwriter has gone on to open a show for MAX, received features in Universal Music Group and Warner Music projects and has surpassed over 45,000,000 streams on Spotify. We talk about how she started, why she partners with music labels, and her journey in finding her demographic. 

This episode features a producer from Minnesota named Andrew Thomas. He is a recording artist and music producer under the label Pandasonic Records. He has been credited in working with artists such as MN Fats, Snoop Dogg,  Toxsick, J.PLAZA, and many more. He talks about interning with Universal Records, his vision for his insane music videos, and how COVID affected his career and personal life.

Collaborative episode with the Twin City Tone Podcast! KevLoe was a guest on this local Minnesotan podcast which features radio personalities Twin City Tone and Lisa Moy from Go 95.3 as well as iLL Kartel's very own Big Wiz aka Saint Paul's Mayor. We talked about how Lisa got COVID-19, Religious vs Spiritual, and some other nonsense about our personal lives. This was overall a really entertaining podcast filled with laughs and good people. 

This episode features a man from the ether named Brady 'GRHYME' Akin. He is a local recording artist from Farmington Minnesota that "lives off the grid in a cave" where he is crafting gems into diamonds to present to the world! Brady speaks on what it is like being a Player 2 in life, how ego can influence creativity, how he navigates through reality, and how he strives to eliminate labels and encourages others to see music as an art that is free of form.

This episode features a young hip hop artist from Mankato Minnesota that goes by the name of Jake Giller. He is a recording artist and engineer that works under the brand Water Wave TV. Jake talks about his opinion of the MN local scene, being raised by a single mother, and his upcoming music video off his single 'Ring, Ring' and how Mac Miller was one of his biggest inspirations in continuing music as a career. 

This episode features a young DJ that goes by the name of DJ SIDEREAL. He is minnesotan producer and the official DJ For Lil Keed and has DJ’d on the same stage as many national acts such as Trippie Red, Young Thug, Machine Gun Kelly, and many more. He has DJ’d many festivals including EST FEST, Rolling Loud, and on multiple occasions for Soundest. Sidereal speaks on the MN local scene, his mission as a DJ, and how he makes his live performances unique compared to anyone else. 

This episode features KevLoe's biggest inspiration Mod Sun. Mod Sun is a recording artist, author, painter, percussionist, and poet from Bloomington MN. He has released three studio albums, five mixtapes, a plethora of singles. He has also written six books and helped publish books for other known celebrities as well. Mod talks about his relationships, the calculated risks he took when he began his journey, and the importance of his new music and how his sobriety has helped his music grow and develop as a person.

This episode features a real-estate mogul/clothing line entrepreneur/rapper originally from Tennessee named Nate Millyunz. He recently changed careers from being a successful independent artist and entrepreneur to being a real-estate agent helping people find their dream homes. Nate talks about his experience as an artist, how he developed his brand and clothing line, and of course...poop. 

This episode features a rapper from Florida named Aye B. She is only 19 years old and has been wildly successful in her ventures as a young artist. She talks about choreography, being neighbors with The Weeknd, and what it takes to be in the music industry.
