What's up y'all. I missed you guys last week but I was having one of den days the entire week! It was crazy but through conflict management, and past coping strategies I've learned, I was able to bounce back refreshed and ready to conquer whatever is next. In todays episode I'm sharing a few of my favorite strategies because we ALL have them days at some point or another. It's not about how many times you fall but how many times you get back up and by collecting strategies you build a little collection of tools to help you pull yourself back up after having one of dem days! No but for real... its the golden rule for me! I want to treat others the way I want to be treated which is why everyones wellbeing means a lot to me. Whewwwww Chileeee, This episode hits different. It's the number of scrubs out here just chillin' thinking it's cool and that they stumbled across an okie doke female for me! Listen, I don't know about y'all but men are always in for a rude awakening when they meet me b/c I don't play them kinda games! I get one life and I be damn if I waste it on a scrub! PERIODT! (Rant over) lol. Anyways, Y'all in this episode we are going to be discussing how not to be a scrub yourself (because YES women can be scrubs too! It ain't ALL MEN!), we're also going to touch on how to avoid scrub like situationships and lastly, we're going to talk about how to have that tough conversation of letting go of a scrub just in case you got in an entanglement with one and want out 😂
