Ep 24 - You're gauging your progress all wrong. Fix it.
My mom is reading this right now, and I'm about to talk about her. I had to tell her recently to please stop calling me to inform me about the 2-3 pounds that she lost or gained. Why? It was infuriating. Here is a woman who WANTS to make progress, but who ONLY makes behavior reports when she does WELL, and conversely, makes progress reports about weight lost and gained. Let me repeat that: She only tells when when she does good behaviors, never when she's baking cakes. So all I ever here is "I'm on it." But then I get reports of gaining 2-3 and losing 2-3 pounds.
