My deepest desire is to help connect women to their inner wisdom. We are wise and powerful beyond measure, but so often we put ourselves last, take care of everyone and everything else first, and then eventually, maybe, spend time listen to our truth, our voice, our heart. In the process we judge ourselves, tear ourselves down, struggle with our own enoughness while trying to stay small, be quiet, and keep safe. Our truth, our wisdom, it is within us at all times, accessible and available, and extremely powerful. Are you ready to meet the wise woman within you?
This episode is all about creativity and how it has the power to heal. I sit down and have an amazing chat with Tara Joy Andrews, graphic designer, creative explorer, and creator of the Conflab Podcast. We cover everything from the joys of creation and the struggles, how creativity and creating art has helped us heal, and why it is so important to our journey in life.
So join us on this amazing exploration of creativity and healing!

What does it mean to come from and lead from the body? To listen to the wisdom and truth that lives within? And what would it be like to feel our way forward from our inner alignment felt within the body?
So often we seek outside of ourselves for approval, confirmation, happiness, when really it is all available within our very being-ness. This can cause you to loose site of yourself, your truth, you inner alignment, which is a felt relationship in the body. In this episode Shana and I explore some of the ways to access this innate inner truth that is always available, when we allow ourselves to feel our way forward.
Shana is an amazing fellow BodyMind Coach that I have worked with and worked along side for over a year now. You can find all of her info and handles below. Check her out!

On this episode we are diving into the felt relationship of our own inner authority. How often do you find yourself listening to everyone around you but not really trusting or listening to your own intuition, inner truth, or inner voice? Let's explore together then, what it means to listen to your body, where your inner wisdom lives, connect with your intuition, and begin to open your awareness to the truth that lives within.
As we go through this episode, check in with yourself. How do you experience your intuition? How has it shown up in your life?
Our Body is a powerhouse of intelligence, wisdom, and receptivity to the world around us. But our culture and societies teach us to value our brain over our body. We learn to judge the body, ‘fix’ the body, ignore the body, and listen only to our head. This perpetuates a cycle of disconnection, leaving us out of alignment, functioning as merely half beings.
The BodyMind way is a journey of coming home, of coming back into alignment with our gut brain, our heart brain, and our head brain. Because all are necessary for wholeness, especially as we move through a world that is more and more isolated every day. In this interview I sit down with Laura Wieck, founder of BodyMind Coaching. We talk about how to access this innate wisdom that is found within each of us, challenging how you may have been operating up until now.
We explore how to live the BodyMind Way, and how to live truly aligned.

I hear it all the time...
"I wish XYZ was different!"
"I wish I could change my thinking!"
"I am so tired on my boss...my boyfriend...my girlfriend...my kids!"
"I don't want to adult anymore!"
But when given the opportunity to change or dive into the work to have what it is you want...
"I'll do it tomorrow!"
"I'm too busy!"
"When everything calms down, then I will deal with this/change/meditate/journal/take care of me..."
"I have to help [Insert family, friends, anyone but you] first, then I will take care of me."
And nothing ever changes! Well, the buck stops here. Let call out those ways we are actually "Distracting" ourselves from our own transformation. Awareness is the first step my friends!

This weeks episode is all about Affirmations! I recently did a Facebook Live on this topic on my Page, Codie Lea. So I wanted to share it with you!
We spend so much of our lives using the two most powerful works "I AM", but we often do not realize the impact of what follows those two words and how the shape who we are. Affirmations are something we use Every. Single. Day. And often, completely unconsciously, getting un-enjoyable outcomes, realities we don't want, and more of the same suffering and pain on repeat.
When you get clear though, on what you are telling yourself over and over, what "I AM'S" you are affirming, you get to ask yourself, "Is that what I really want to believe? Create? And experience?"
When we use affirmations consciously, we get to create a reality that fits what we really want to experience. We get to expand our truth, live our truth, and ultimately live with more joy. I would love to know what you got out of this episode so please share with me! Feel free to reach out! Or comment below!
This weeks episode is all about discovering or re-discovering who you are through movement, singing, and connection with community. I sat down with the amazing Julie Kouyate to talk all about reclaiming our divine feminine, using dancing and singing to heal all kinds of wounds, and her journey to where she is today. She will help you see a new way to relate to your body and embodiment.
Through our incredible relationship with the body we can begin the journey of accepting ourselves. One of the most sacred and profound gifts of our life.
Discovering ways to accept who you are, is a journey of a lifetime. So why not begin now?

We don't need to be so afraid of our emotions. After all, emotions are just energy moving through the body. When we allow ourselves to hold space for them, we can heal ourselves and learn from any situation.
But what does holding space look like?
And how does it even help?
In this episode I break down the steps for holding space, how you do it, what it looks like, and how it helps. Learn how to give yourself the greatest gift; the gift of space and compassion. You will also learn how to do it in any moment, even the tough ones.
The key to giving ourselves space, is giving ourselves permission to just BE.
I hope you enjoy this episode! If you do please leave me a review or comment, and share it with a friend!
Are you constantly Hustling but feel like you are getting no where?
Do you feel burnt out, worn out, exhausted and defeated?
Are you constantly feeling like it's never enough?
You're never good enough, never successful enough, never accomplishing enough, the list goes on...
When you are constantly hustling for your worthiness in any area of your life (or all areas let's be honest) you will only ever experience Burn Out. So how do we change this pattern, this habit, this addiction to "busy" and hustle when it is costing us our life? How do we change?
In this Episode I break down the steps to become aware of what you are doing, redirect yourself toward alignment, and take action from wholeness. That way you can not only come from a more center place, you can create more of the things you crave in your life.

In this episode we do have an honest conversation about that mean Gremlin, "Not-Enough". Many of us experience feelings of not doing enough, not being pretty enough, not being smart enough, not having enough credentials, etc. But when is enough truly enough?
We then explore inner value since often, value an worth are key components to feeling enough.
I then give some great ways to know when enough is enough in the moment to help you face the gremlin and redirect your self.

This week I sat down with the beautiful LaNissa Dyman with Therapeutic Healing Hands in New York. We explored the topic of judgement, both of others and of ourselves, how we can change it, transform it, and ultimately become a kinder human. Look, we all judge. Learning the tools that can help us become more kind and compassionate inward and outward is what matters.
