"It's True. It's Damn True! Coffee and Hardcore is Going on Hiatus" Season 5: Episode 9
The rumors are true. Coffee and Hardcore is going on a hiatus. It's kinda like when your favorite tv show back in the 80's and 90's would go on break for the summer and come back with new episodes in the fall. That's what we are doing. The fellas chat about what they will be up to during the break and of course shenanigans erupt. We also have a debut track from straight edge mosh core band Death Follows Closely (D.F.C) featuring our good buddy SGT Vegan. Plus as an added bonus Zach from Captive Portal stops by to share an exclusive remix of the song "Exit" By What's Your Damage. This is a fun mid season finale but don't worry. You will still get your C&H fix. We have some "Best Of" Episodes planned for the summer. Alright, Enough talk. Let's Go!
***Editor's Note***
When we recorded this episode our good friend Eddie "Leeway" Sutton was still fighting in his battle with cancer and you will here the guys encouraging him to fight. On April 19th, Eddie passed peacefully in his sleep. Our hearts go out to Eddie's family, friends and the Hardcore Community. The Kingpin will be missed. Long Live The King!

Help Beth Warshowsky Fight Cancer
From Adam Warshowsky (Sleeping By The Riverside)
"Beth, my wife of 30 years, and the love of my life, has been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma in her pelvic floor. She has already had two surgeries but this is just the beginning. The doctors have said that she's going to need chemotherapy in addition to other surgeries which will involve seeing specialists and could stretch well into the year. She has an extremely positive attitude and wants to fight. She is even looking into alternative means of healing. Unfortunately all of this is going to cost quite a bit of money. Honestly I don't even know how much to ask for in the goal, so it may change. Beth has already beat cancer once when she had a radical hysterectomy due to uterine cancer in 2008. Anyone who has had someone in their family with cancer knows that it affects your everyday life. Beth and I have three wonderful children who will do their best to help, but I will need to be by her side for some of these treatments and appointments which means missing days of work occasionally. At this point I have no idea what the medications cost because our last experience with cancer was completely different. Naturally, we have some fear and trepidation but Beth is being very positive and we are going to help her get through this. Please search your heart and give as much as you can. Share the link on all of your social media and send it in emails to people you believe would be willing to help. We appreciate anything that you can do, small or large. Everything counts. Love to all of our friends and family. Thank you."
