He recently released a study called "On Becoming an LGBTQ+-Identifying Teacher: A Year-Long Study of Two Gay and Lesbian Preservice Elementary Teachers" that outlines the experience of helping two LGBTQ+ preservice elementary teachers navigate through resources as they look for work as openly LGBTQ+ people.
