Summary/description: In this podcast the Somerset AHP Faculty members share what they have been working and explain from their lived experience the value of working together across the system to develop and grow the AHP workforce. They reflect on what is important to them, the benefits of collaboration and their motivations to get involved in the work of the AHP Faculty and the opportunities these roles provide to develop leadership capabilities.

Biography: This podcast was facilitated by Robin Lansman an Osteopath AHP, former President of the Institute of Osteopathy and founder of COGUK which he set up to provide training programmes to help health practitioners communicate more confidently and effectively with others.
