Dr. Donnelly Wilkes earned his medical degree on a full Navy scholarship and served seven years on activity duty. Dr. Wilkes served two combat tours in Iraq in 2004 and 2008 and was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal with Valor for his actions in the battle of Fallujah in April of 2004. In the second part of our interview with Dr. Wilkes, we take a deep dive into the experiences he discusses in his book as well his experiences starting his own practice once he left the Navy.

Taylor sailed around Cape Horn, the world's most dangerous ocean waters, and created a documentary called "Hell Or High Water". This week, we continue our discussion and talk about their experiences sailing and their non-profit organization.

Jesse Blaze Snider is a rock musician, comic book writer, tv and radio host, and voice-over actor. Jesse is a great friend to the veteran community and we are proud to have his music as our podcast theme song.
Michael Naranjo is a musician and producer from DMT Artists Group who is currently working on an album about PTSD. He is joined by his associate Vaughn Clark.

When Is "Enough" Enough?
On this episode, we interview Vietnam Veteran and Peer Recovery Support Specialist James Boyd. James served our nation during the Vietnam War, and when he returned home he spent years serving time in prison as well as battling drug addiction. James has been free from addiction for over 9,000 days. As a result of his changed behavior, clear vision, and strength of character James has decided to apply himself to helping other families find a clear and personal pathway to recovery. We at Combat Zone 360 want to thank James Boyd for his service, and we think it is important to share his story and experiences with the world so the next generation of soldiers can learn from his story.
