It’s graduation season! Well…it was at the time of filming, so the gang is gonna sit back and reflect on their college experiences. They question if they even did college right (14:38), any regrets throughout their college journey (27:01), the importance of discipline (38:04), and other options as opposed to college (56:08).

As May comes to an end, the gang sits down to talk about their mental health journeys throughout the years. Touching on topics like retail therapy (6:35), overloading with stimulus to avoid emotional processing (25:53), carving out time to recharge (35:55), and shopping for therapist while going through chaos (42:42). We are not certified therapist by any means, but we hope that our advice can help individuals start their own mental health journeys!
