Well, we have come to the end of Season 10 and we’re ending it with a bang! We’re coming in hot with Episode 86!! It started out with our Therapist Krysten Blackshear providing us with more categories of trauma. It was on December 4th two years ago that the very first recording for The Confidence Becomes Her Podcast was released - it was called 'The Introduction' and we've been going ever since!! Today we celebrate our 2nd Anniversary and I am so excited! I got to have the most wonderful conversations with four of our listeners about how the podcast has impacted their lives so far - they had ya girl tearing-up a little :-). It's gonna be worth the listen especially since they all brought with them their own little nuggets that was just so amazing hear.
